I have paid £200 to my bed , want to cancel but I had one message from SAMMIE telling me there system is down , I have been emailing them for months now and het no answer, joke

Stay away from this company! I placed an order for a double bed & paid deposit of £67 then they took two payments of £16.67 from my bank account one recently which is very suspicious as originally paid deposit & first instalment in January 2024, they took instalment on 15th December 2024. l have tried to cancel & be refunded my money but you can’t get in touch with them! I have tried phoning & you just get a message to email them which I tried & online live chat with no response. I have lost my money. I just feel these companies take advantage of people with not great credit history & offer a service which is a scam so disappointing & frustrating that I have lost my money which I couldn’t afford. I do check reviews in January 2024 where reviews were good but the company now doesn’t respond! I have reported to my bank but no guarantee l will get my money back! Terrible doing this to people!

Would like a refund of £215 due to the fact you buy the sofa £400 on eBay

I've ordered a lenovo laptop from them previously which I received without any problems and someone was always on the other line to answer the phone. Ive placed a secobd order for the Ninja air fryer, Since 3 weeks ago I've paid over half of the money and I've been trying to get in contact with them regarding my delivery to no avail. They not answering their phone and not replying to emails. I'm very disappointed, I've now lost £200. I would not recommend at all.

Paid half of my order as agreed ... cant get in contact with them, still not received good ... £401 down the drain ... hope they see this and reply to my email .

Avoid at all costs

I placed an order for a bed Double Divan Bed Set - Daker Pink Plush Velvet + Memory Sprung Mattress & paid the first deposit of £66.67 & chose the monthly instalment plan which they took a weekly payment then didn’t take the monthly payment on trying to contact the company l have had no response. I then decided to cancel my order & communicated this & requested a refund for my deposit payment & weekly payment l have tried all methods of communication with no response. I am very frustrated & dissatisfied with this companies conduct and lack of communication! All I require is cancellation of my order & refund of money paid! I have been trying to get a response from them for months to no avail if I don’t hear back I will be taking the matter further. Therefore my experience with AllonTick has been very bad & leads me to think this is a scam to take money away from people who are struggling & take this on in order to pay for essential products where we are often refused elsewhere due to low incomes or no credit history. I would just like my money back!!

I have ordered a smart TV from this company and final payment due this month. Can't get hold of them in anyway at all and beginning to think it's a scam. My payments have never been late so don't know what's going on. I should have realised earlier there was something not quite right as they were taking payments whenever they felt like it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE AS IT IS A SCAM. Would be nice when they read this that someone contacts me. I'll update if they do.

Company has disappeared without delivering goods

DO NOT USE - I left a good review previously because I had a vac delivered - given this I then ordered a tablet for my daughters christmas present and the company has VANISHED! Website states theyre at full capacity, contact number doesn't work - I've sent multiple emails to Jane with no response and I'm now £130 down with nothing to show my 4 year old for Christmas. This was her main present.
I'm absolutely livid to say the least. DO NOT USE - GO ELSEWHERE. Jane you should be ashamed of yourself.

Excellent service from beginning to end had all our house renovated and didn’t need items delivered until it was completed, rang them told them I was ready for everything and it was swiftly delivered. Thank you to Jane she was very helpful

Jane was very understanding and made it feel ok to discuss my current financial situation. If there was a hug I could give virtually.... I would! So, so nice to speak with an actual person rather than to have to navigate through 'bot chats'. Jane made the experience less daunting and her responses to me, less embarressed by my current employment status. Thanks Jane

Jane really made me at ease whenever she phoned me. The bed was delivered within the time frame it was easy to setup and it is really comfortable it's like sleeping on a cloud at night when I go to bed

Absolutely first class customer service from Jane who could not do enough for me. Went above and beyond and kept me informed on what was happening. Delivery came as a surprised days before i was expecting it. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a sofa with all on tick I had a few communication problems but was very quickly sorted with the lady on the phone who dealt with everything in a kind manner, I have just received my sofa today and I love it and I am very happy with it thank you

I enquired about purchasing a TV, the lady I spoke to was called Jane and she was very helpful.

Jane listened to my call, advised me what to do, she is very professional and definately an asset to your company.

The people at all no tick we’re very helpful and was told how it worked pay half for goods and they arrived they are very helpful and thank you for helping to purchase the electric scooter

This company has been an absolute pleasure to order from the lady I’ve dealt with Jane is fantastic my original order couldn’t be supplied to me so they upgraded my order to no extra cost to myself

I spoke to the company via their online webchat, I asked if they have black washing machines as only white currently on their website. they said they currently dont have them online, but will ask their supplier to add them. They informed me they should be on the website within a week.
Very fast reply, excellent customer service and I will definitely be ordering when they are added on.
