It was a falsely advertised product. I got a cheap, fake looking version of the product. I tried to return and they told me I had to send back in New York from Europe, which is not worth the packaging costs. Complete scam.

The display was not as clear as advertised for me and the it was hard to change the gifs or add new.

Poor quality…… wristband looks totally different than the pictures of it

Wish I’d read these reviews before I bought from Allo Collectives. I bought a pair of trousers for my son. The item received was a completely different design to that in the advertised images - essentially false advertising. As with others I’ve be encouraged by customer services to post for the return of the item to the US at which point they’ll decide whether or not they will refund me. Do not buy. Should be reported for repeated false advertising.

The order is taking so long to be confirmed and shipped, and shipment details are not available. That's doesn't seem good.

DON'T BUY THERE. Received product is very different from the one advertised. Completely different material, different print, very low quality. Return only to some random US address at my own expense. Initial shipping costs are also not being refunded. Customer service is very uncooperative. Never again.

Received notice that my shipment was sent out two weeks ago and still has not arrived…

After some exchange of emails, I was offered my money back. However, customer services (ha ha), required me to return the item to a private address in the USA at my own expense. I find this very suspect. I emailed customer services asking how I can be sure that after sending my item back, they would actually refund my money. Still waiting for a reply for that one.

It's very odd that another person with a complaint regarding the same item, was offered a full replacement of the fraudulent item at no cost to them.

I ordered the bracelet as per another review. It is cheap metal from China and nothing like the advert. DO NOT buy from these people. Nor is it stamped. Complete and utter FRAUD

Het artikel voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen....op de foto is het een mooie zilveren armband echter in het echt is hij heel iel en zeker geen zilver. Er staat ook geen zilvermerk in.
Kortom veeeel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Jammer.

I ordered what was described as "925 Sterling Silver Viking bracelet" from Allo Collectives. When the item finally arrived after a month, its decoration was south asian, covered with elephants, and the bracelet wasn't stamped with the silver mark. I took it to a jeweler, and he confirmed that it is pot-metal. Allo Collectives hasn't responded to any e-mails about this fraud.
