Very professional, called me personally the very same day to discuss my issue, and followed through with my inquiring within the time that she'd stated.

The reviewer performed the task in a timely manner, making calls the very next day after I submitted a request, and received information that confirms the company is following policy. While I expected more information to be provided from my former supervisor of 2+ years, the supervisor is aligned with the compay policy and I can now use this information when discussion what a potential employer can expect when checking employment records and references. This helps me better understand who not to list as a reference, and align this solely with employment verification.

The service was very prompt and efficient. After paying I received a call from a trusted representative the next day to investigate the matter.

Waste of money. I was attempting to check what specifically was being said because I was told I was receiving bad references. The information received wasn’t anything I could use. The report was poorly written and implied I asked for heavy pressure when I did no such thing.

I was worried that when a new employer conducts a background check on me and does an employment verification with my previous employer that my manager had instructed HR to say negative things about me. I contacted Allison & Taylor to help me conduct an employment verification for me with HR at my previous employer. I initially spoke to Jeff on the phone, who was patient and just great all around. The consultant who worked on my case, Liz, was very diligent and accessible whenever I needed her. She did a thorough job. I am very pleased with my whole experience with Allison & Taylor and would recommend their services to anyone.

I used several services and by far this was the worst one. There was little communication and seemingly little effort made to contact my reference. At the end of the day, this service didn’t even deliver a reference. Save your money and use another service!
