Last year i have used your services
Last year i have used your services , you have charged payment for ITR filling but ITR was not filled. I have called many times but every time i got a casual reply. Please refund my amount.

Hi Shiv,
Firstly, my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. In regard to your ITR I would like to inform you that your income tax return was filed within 24 hours after we recieved all your documents from your end and an email was sent to you with the acknowledgment number from income tax department. After looking into it i found that you did not e-verify your return with the CPC and we had called and informed every customer to do the same after we filed their tax returns. Plus, there were several follow ups made by our team and we reminded you of the importance of the e-verifying process in the email as well. The ITR-V can only be e-verified by the tax payer using his personal bank account or signing the document and sending it to cpc banglore.

If you're talking about entering income tax deductions when you file the ITR manually on our site, we do have a section for the total of 80C deductions which covers LIC, PF and other schemes.
Also, if you click on the small button to the right of this field that reads, "See Sample", you can see how the official ITR looks like.
We are constantly trying to improve our interface and you will see several changes soon!

All India ITR would appeal to any average person in the way that it is very simply done, and everything is very easy to find.The layout makes you feel comfortable and the load time is less due to minimum use of graphics. It is an excellent platform for income tax filing. It also provides information about GST, TDS and many other things . I would recommend this website to my closed ones for Income Tax Filing.The contents of the website also flows nicely, and is very well written.
