I ordered a Day 2 PCR test which arrived on time and the results were ready the next day. Super helpful customer service as well. Stronlgy recommend!

We attended on Friday (30/12/21) at the Burnley unit as a family of 4, it was pretty easy to find (40 minutes from our home in Stockport) and the whole process was quick and well managed. Staff really friendly, free car park directly opposite so very accessible.
We were dubious about getting our results back quickly with it being New Year but we were pleasantly surprised to get them by email on Saturday evening. If you live locally to one of these services I would highly recommend, 2 day test on site cost us £15 each, which was a bargain compared to other services which send by post (£35-70 each). We booked our test online before we went away and codes were sent on booking via email so we could complete the passenger Locator forms. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.

The package was delivered on time, no problem there, this was on the 24th. I am writing this on the 31st and they told me they still haven't received it yet. They can blame the couriers but since I paid Allhealth not Royal Mail I am putting the blame on them. I understand we had few public holidays but the couriers have been working for three days now. In the meantime I can't go back to work because of their incompetence. I am aware I am not reviewing Allhealth labs here but they advertised results in 24 hours hours and took my money on these promises and they haven't delivered.

Politely greeted at meeting point by a young man who walked us through to a room where we were handed our test kits. He went through the process with us. After we had completed the tests he showed us out. The experience was hassle free and we were impressed with the service provided. Thank you.

I bought the day 2 PCR test on the 13th December and still hasn't arrived. Everytime I contact the company they tell me it will come the next day. Worst company to buy tests. Do not use it.

Got the test for day 2 vaccinated. It was supposed to arrive on the 13th December and it got there on the the 14th in the evening. Took my test as supposed to, on the 15th and posted it a few minutes later in the priority box. I am yet to receive the results, if I ever get them! This would have kept me indoors my entire trip, what's the point of traveling if you have to stay indoors?! Try avoiding them! I sure ah will never buy it again!

I Would not use this company again. I called to enquire about our test results as they were late and encrypted. The advisor who took the call hung up whilst I was trying to explain that we could not open the email correctly as info given was incorrect. I rang back and waited 55mins for a response. Not a very professional attitude. Do not use

Allhealthcare.co.uk’s entire business model revolves around getting test results to customers fast.

By this yardstick, it receives a fail grade. Other companies get test results to customers within 24 hours. The standard turnaround time in Dubai and Muscat is 8 hours.

All healthcare.co.uk has still not confirmed my Day 2 PCR test results more than 96 hours after the test was posted to it. This is very poor, particularly because I am unable to leave the house until we receive a negative test result. Given that the sole purpose of my trip is to see family and friends before I return home to Dubai, I simply cannot recommend this company. I should have thought that the UK government would have vetted companies properly to ensure fast response times before posting links to them on its government passenger locator form travel website. Alas, this does not appear to have been the case. I wish I had known before handing over my £47 fee. Very disappointing. I will not use Allhealthcare.co.uk ever again.

Buyer Beware! Covid test not arrived in time. Called to speak to somebody due to the 2 day deadline to take a test upon arrival.
Still waiting in line on the phone and positioned as caller number 3 after 1hr45min waiting time and counting…. There were only 12 people in the queue when I started.
Shambolic and wondering if they are a scam company.
