Sono rimasto soddisfatto perchè immediatamente hanno preso in esame la mia situazione. Mi rimborseranno l'intero abbonamento e pertanto non posso che essere contento. Voto positivo
Non ho mai sottoscritto nessun abbonamento Vip e non ho mai rilasciato nessun dato della mia carta eppure ogni 15 giorni mi tolgono euro 37,00. Tenendo conto che è un sito che tratta in modo particolare giocattoli e io non ho nessuna necessità di quel tipo di prodotto. Ho chiesto più volte di inviarmi email dove secondo loro ho inserito i miei dati personali e quelli della mia carta di credito che assolutamente non rilascio a nessuno. La loro risposta è di controllare la mia posta elettronica. Non solo i soldi che mi vengono tolti sono di una carta di credito abbinata a un conto Sumup che non utilizzo mai per acquisti on line in quanto non viene accettata

Mi è successa la stessa cosa...il pacco truffa non mi è mai arrivato, in compenso mi arrivavano messaggi chiedendomi altri soldi...ora si sono prelevati 34 euro, non so a che titolo...Come si può disdire? o devo bloccare la carta prepagata? Vi auguro veramente di spenderveli i medicine

Aspettavo un pacco da un'altra ditta ormai da tempo e ricevo un messaggio con istruzioni per sbloccare i dazi...alla fine era tutta una truffa e mi sono ritrovata abbonata a questa roba. Sono riuscita a disdire il giorno seguente ma ho comunque dato 7 euro regalati a dei ladri. Che schifo.

Avevo fatto un ordine e, dopo qualche giorno, mi è arrivata un'email da "Aromascent" che mi avvertiva che il pacco era fermo e quindi dovevo pagare un importo di € 2,00 per sbloccare la situazione. Immediatamente dopo "AllGamesineOne" si proponeva con il pagamento di € 4,99. Pensando si riferisse allo stesso ordine pagavo anche questo sovraprezzo. Dopo 5 giorni, senza alcuna autorizzazione da parte mia, veniva prelevato dal mio c/c un importo di € 36,00 quale canone mensile per l'acquisto di prodotti tramite AllGamesineOne. Ho disdetto immediatamente ma i soldi penso non li rivedrò più.

Sito pericoloso, ho ricevuto una loro mail, senza che nemmeno conoscessi il loro sito con una sottoscrizione mai avvenuta da parte mia ad un servizio a pagamento, di una tessera vip. Si sono presi dal mio conto ben 115 euro, prima di accorgermi dell'accaduto. ho subito chiesto informazioni in merito e la visione del contratto da me firmato.
