Chemist always text to let me know my percription is ready for collection. Staff always very friendly, chatty and helpful. Would highly recommend Allerton Bywater chemist. Also highly recommend Nova Scotia Doctors in Allerton Bywater.

Used this pharmacy for years
Used this pharmacy for years, always been great and wonderful staff. More recently staff seem to have changed and service has deteriorated. Called yesterday for my prescription, no customers waiting, waited 7 minutes and left without prescription, even though I had made eye contact with staff member on 2 occasions. Never had to do that before.

A Truly Caring and Friendly Pharmacy
I can highly recommend this pharmacy. I've been using it for a number of months now, and every time I visit, the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.
On the occasions I've had to wait a few minutes to speak to someone or collect my medication, I've seen first-hand how they treat other customers. They are always patient, kind and genuinely happy in their jobs, going out of their way to help everyone.
It's so refreshing to experience such excellent customer service, and it really makes a difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to others, and I'll definitely continue using them in the future.
