Zero Failure OOBE!
Any part I've received from Alla has worked out of the box. I cannot speak of their return policy as I never used it after beimg a customer for years. I once had a question after hours. I left a message and they called me around lunch time the next day and solved my concern before we hung up. Good guys to do business with!
