They delivered very good service and helped me very well to find an affordable and easy flight ticket.

Do not ever ever book through this hotel they will take their money and then they will say your reservation has been cancelled and asked for more money...

First one of their agent named adan showed us a hotel and he asked for 20 pound for reservation of that hotel we paid 20 pound after he asked for the remaining amount to confirm the hotel I paid the remaining amount but the next day he was saying the price has gone up you have to pay more all you can choose another hotel I don't want to choose another hotel and I was asking for refund and as soon as I started asking for refund they stop reply I tried to contact their different numbers everyone says we will just get back to you and no one get back to me

Few times travel with Alislam Travel. Package your tour to Mecca. Holidays to NewYork and travel to Bangladesh. I reached with Adan on whats app for planning an Umrah package , he was quick and gave me some packages . I had my umrah thorough another agency as i was tight in time. I will consider their services next time .

I have contacted with alislam travel for umrah visa and the rest services and they have treated me and guide me so well and they are economically cheaper than other travel agents. The brother name is ‘Sawan’ whom i was dealing with.

Alhamdulillah alislam travel arranged all our umrah trip all i can say is everything was well organised from start to finish , brother sawan was very good as i kept changing hotels, flights etc he was very patient , throughout my trip he kept in touch, asking if is everything is ok if i needed anything.

Went to umrah in November 2025, arranged my Umrah travel package by Al islam travels, all arrangements done by Jibran was excellent. Excellent voco hotel in mecca and Sheza regency hotel in medinah. On time transport from airport and from mecca to medina and medina to jeddah.
Always available when needed, no problems in check in and check out.
Very Satisfied looking forward to go next time with big family.
