Meekel Bridge was amazing and tried accommodating all our needs on the Ramzan package but fortunately it is very busy and expensive then so we are trying to go in January 2027 now . I would recommend to everyone only stay at genuine 4 star and 5 star accommodation.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others don't go through what we have.

At the beginning, Al Islam Travel couldn't do enough for us. We were receiving multiple calls every day, and they were very keen for us to pay our deposit to secure the booking. Once the deposit was paid, everything changed.

I had a question about part of our booking, which they agreed to amend, but then asked for more money. We accepted this and tried to contact them to make the next payment and finalise everything. Instead, we were told the prices had gone up.

Our booking was made through Naseeb, and for over six weeks we repeatedly asked to speak to him. Every single time there was an excuse – he was on another call, out of the office, or someone promised he would call us back. He never did.

I remained patient and polite throughout, but after weeks of being ignored and constantly chasing them, I finally messaged to express how disappointed I was with their customer service and requested my deposit back. Since then, we've been told almost every day that someone will "check and get back to us tomorrow." This has been going on since last Monday, and we still haven't received a proper response, a breakdown of the costs, or any clarity about our booking.

What makes this even more disappointing is that we've booked Umrah with other travel agents in the past, and the level of service has always been excellent. They supported us from the moment we enquired right through to the end of our journey. This experience with Al Islam Travel has been the complete opposite and has taken away from what should have been a special and spiritual experience.

Sadly, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Al Islam Travel. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the stress, frustration, and disappointment that we did.

I have been given the quote and agreed on both side about the price and then they asked me to minimum deposit after 2days getting mail says 600£ extra for Indian passport which I have discussed in the beginning before quotation that’s not right this is my first umrah which I have planned for years…poor communication, they are scammers they will find way to get more money be careful before deposit. better to book myself. Al Islam travels uk 👎do not book through them…

I believe all the reviews on this place was staged because it doesn’t describe whom they are. This people are dubious and still having my money with them since first week of March, the service Umrah was not provided and the refund was not given since 2nd march2026

This was my first umrah with my wife and children and alhamdulillah everything went perfectly. I cant thank brother Jabran enough as he looked after us at every step a long the way. He arranged our flights, transport and hotels for the whole journey.
If anyone is worried about using Al Islam travels don't be, I was worried also especially after reading some of the reviews on here. I fully recommend this company especially brother Jabran eho you should definitely asknto speak to. InshaAllah we will definitely use them again in future.
