I had a very disappointing experience with the 2026 Hajj guide service. We paid for a luxury package, but unfortunately the service we received did not even meet the standards of a normal package, let alone a luxury one.

Communication was poor from the beginning, and important information was often delayed, unclear, or difficult to obtain. Several promises made during the booking process did not match the service that was ultimately provided. The overall organisation felt unprofessional, and when concerns were raised, there was little effort to address them properly or provide a satisfactory solution.

Hajj is one of the most important journeys in a Muslim's life, and pilgrims place a great deal of trust in their Hajj organisers. We expected honesty, transparency, reliable guidance, and the level of comfort and support that was advertised. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations and caused unnecessary stress and frustration throughout the journey.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Al-Hidaayah Travel for Hajj. There are many other travel companies that provide much better service, even with their standard and premium packages.

Prix abordable et délais de livraison plus rapide qu’Amazon merci beaucoupppp. Chacune de mes commande s’est bien déroulé

Cela fais la deuxième fois que je commande chez eux la livraison est hyper rapide et très bien emballé je n’hésiterais pas à recommander chez vous

I used Al Hidaayah Travel twice for Umrah this year and the experience was amazing I can honestly recommend them. They are very professional, informative and organised even first time traveler’s found it easy as the guides were very knowledgeable and available at all times

Très mauvais site appel personne ne répond plusieurs appels sans réponse commande à 68€ avec frais de livraison de 10€58 pour être livré en 24h déjà une semaine et toujours rien pas la peine de dire que c'est pas votre faute c'est bien vous qui proposez un relais pickup qui et pas disponible dans votre contrat au pré de chronopost par ce que vous payez pas le supplément pour les relais pickup c'est information vient de chronopost résultats je tourne en rond pour adresse non valide j'ai eu une fois une personne du site qui m'a promis de me renvoyer l'article mai qui l'a jamais fait site el hidayah à fuir vraiment en+ les prix trop élevé comparé au autre vendeur et si y'a le moindre soucis personne pour vous répondre quel honte pour un site qui ce fait appeler el hidayah

N'achetez pas ce jeu conçu par un malhonnête!
Le créateur de ce jeu n'a jamais payé les personnes ayant conçu le marketing....
Pour un musulman, une honte et un péché de gagner de l'argent sur le dos des autres...
Vous êtes peut-être aujourd'hui multimillionnaire en ne payant pas le travail honnête de moins de 10000€...

Pros: multiple guides available and given detailed explanation of Hajj and Umrah.
• good facilities in hotel in Makkah, Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafah was.

Cons: Poor leadership from our guide who was rather abrupt.
• lack of support for wheelchair users and their families assisting them.
A separate coach could have been arranged for this vulnerable group.
• No guarantee of coaches, had to walk 3 to 5 kilometres in 40 degrees heat putting unnecessary stress on those elderly or disabled on wheelchairs and their families. My wife lost her father back home due to heart attack, my mother is elderly and I suffer from epilepsy.
• At Jeddah Airport departing to UK our guide kept on cutting us off the phone saying "he is too busy" . If he can't handle the job he should not be doing it.
• The 5* hotel door card failed to open the door for many guests and room facilities substandard. Hotel needs to maintain its facilities, I would rate it a 3*.

I strongly request Al Hidayah Group to review their logistics and the way their team leaders provide moral and operational support (transportation) for their pilgrims who paid alot of money for their package. I would not recommend Dr Z , our guide for future Hajj programmes unless he is prepared to take on this constructive criticism on board.
