I had a very disappointing experience with this forex broker. After trading on their platform and requesting a withdrawal, my request was never processed. It has now been an unreasonable amount of time with no progress or explanation.

What made the situation worse is their complete lack of customer support. I tried reaching out multiple times through live chat, but no one ever responded. I also open several tickets to their support team, and none of them were acknowledged. It feels like once you deposit your funds, they lose all interest in assisting you.

This lack of transparency and communication is extremely concerning, especially when it involves clients’ money. A trustworthy broker should prioritize timely withdrawals and responsive customer service, but this company failed on both fronts.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this broker.

Great platform to take your yrades in forex.

I started trading like 2025 September and now 2026 march I buy my funded account and trying to pass it. The best way to learn trading is about losing trades on demo and practicing backtesting. I started with 100$ in my bank account I lost 50 of my own account and decided to try with funded! Im so grateful for not going to partys with my friends and not clubing that was worth so well I lost bunch of friends and it was still worth it!

I haven’t been paid for weeks, and this is starting to look like a scam. But The “Livo-AI trading bot” has not denied me in profit the bot generates weekly payments.
