Absolutely shocking property management/letting company. Like the only other review, we stayed in Florence, and an issue with the air conditioning became apparent when we returned to the accommodation in the early evening.

We phoned the number provided, only to get an answerfone message advising the office was closed, and that they would call back.

Needless to say, nothing heard back. Over the course of the evening (and early hours of the following morning), both myself and the booking agency tried contacting them via various means, but complete silence.

We ended up having a sleepless night due to the air conditioning issue (a repetititive buzzing sound), and from another review I have seen, the previous renters also had the same issue so it was a known problem, yet they had done nothing about it.

Do not waste your money booking any property managed (or not in this case) by this company.

Paid in full for an apartment in Florence.
On the day of arrival, we informed the host that we were delayed due to heavy traffic and would arrive around 21:20–21:30. We were asked to notify them one hour before arrival, which we did. We also agreed to pay extra for late check-in.
Despite this, check-in was refused. The staff left after 9:00 PM and we were denied access to the apartment, even though it was fully paid.
We were left in Florence at night with a child and no accommodation.
Later, the booking was marked as a “no-show” and the apartment was listed again for sale.
This is completely unacceptable and looks like a fraudulent practice.
Avoid this company.
