Alfi removals ltd Recensioni

company damaged property and did not have insurance to cover it, false advertising of insurance

Alfi guys working good for me ,and price is reasonable.
Will highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Alfi Removals, both with Elisabeth on the admin side as well as Mekdi the driver. Received a very reasonable quote within 24 hours after enquiry.

On the day Mekdi arrived with plenty of time and was patient when there wasn’t immediate parking available outside my building. She was also very pleasant company on the way to the new property. Within 3 hours everything was completed. Can definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again.

Helped with my office move. Arrived on time and provided a great service with a smile!

Great service for a good price, can absolute recommend it!

Good, reliable & efficient service. I would recommend Alfi Removals to people who r in need of any removal service. Super fast team. I have used them a couple of times & have no complaints whatsoever.

Great service quick and really helpful - would recommend!

I've used alfi removals for second times both times was very professional and ontjme happy to recommend them, thank you again

The team are absolutely wonderful. They’re knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning of the organising process to the end of moving day. Third time I’ve used them for an house move and they’re so professional and extremely good at what they do and very reasonable priced. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service. On time and very happy to help where they could. I’d definitely recommend this company and will be using them again!

We’ve used Alfi Removals 3 times in the last 6 months and would highly recommend them if you looking for a service that’s quick, reliable and cost effective. We just needed 2 men and a Luton van to move our home contents into storage during a renovation and then into our new home. We did all the packing ourselves. We had a different team each time but each time they were polite, quick and very reasonable priced.

I had an incredibly unsettling experience with this removals company tonight. The driver, operating a van with license plate BV66NKP, repeatedly cut me off and brake checked me on the A40 Westway motorway at 11pm. Their reckless driving not only endangered my safety but also left me utterly disappointed with their lack of professionalism. I can't help but worry about the potential damage to the possessions they were transporting, given the way they handled their vehicle. I would strongly advise against using this company if you value your safety on the road and the integrity of your belongings.

** edit **

I encourage you to read the companies response below where they allege this review is fake, despite me providing the license plate of the van engaged in the incident.

It’s unthinkable that their first stance is to say the review is fake, and allege that I have acted improperly by posting this review; rather than investigate CRIMINAL activity their driver was engaged in, really tells you all you need to know about this company.

** Edit 2 **

They’re now trying to raise a request to remove this review - instead of being concerned with the drivers conduct. shameful.

Very professional and value my money I paid,I highly recommend them.

Community heroes!
We used Alfi Removals thru findmymanandvan.co.uk, they were incredibly careful with a big heavy bulky item that needed moving locally. When they arrived to the delivery location and found out it was for a foodbank they messaged me back to say not to worry about the payment: "Hi Farrah
Thank you for using our service and we’re happy to help the people who need help like you do and we’re happy not to charge you for this service you’ve used us and in future if you need to use our service and need any help please let us know.

Thank you again
Alfa"

They didn't have to do this! They are our community heroes!
Thank you so much! The money you have saved us will go to supporting more local people.

Zeray and his colleague were incredibly efficient and hardworking. They were perfectionists and went way out of their way to do an amzing job and be incredibly helpful and polite and the whole experience was terrific. I can't praise them highly enough

Thank you team Alfi removals booked last minute and helped me move my house, I really recommend them to use thank you again

Great company, great service, I appreciate Alfie’s commitment to it’s customers,

Zarai (apologies if I've misspelt your name) from Alfi Removals was very helpful. Arrived early, was friendly and polite, was careful with my stuff, waited for me to drop off my old keys and pick up my new one, and my move was all done in just over 2 thirds of the time planned. Would definitely hire again.

Did a great job at short notice going to 8 locations across the South East over 2 days. A pleasure to work with.
