Je wordt niet meer op de hoogte gebracht wat betreft aanleveren van stukken. Ik vroeg me af, waarom hoor ik niks?
Nu ineens moet ik binnen 14 dagen alles aanleveren. Waarom is dat niet eerder gezegd?
De dienstverlening is er flink op achteruit gegaan, terwijl ze bovendien niet goedkoop zijn. Dat laatste heb ik vandaag opnieuw ondervonden.
This is a huge disappointment.
Such a serious company does not care about its words and new clients. I tried to contact at least someone for 2 weeks and every day I heard that they would definitely call me back tomorrow. No one called back or answered for 10 days. I called every day and repeated my story over and over again, again someone wrote down my phone number and question and: nothing.
When I called the last 2 days and it was clear that I was already dissatisfied, they connected me with someone: hurray!
They connected me with the director, who said that his secretary would call me and set up a day for the meeting.
2 days later I received a call from a woman who again started asking what we needed: but we still needed a meeting, she finally told us that this was impossible for us.
We're too insistent on calling haha.
This company is too busy with their current customers and don't need new ones.
Don't waste your time.
Also, it is safe to say that even the director does not keep his word.
This is already a big indicator.
They should write this in large letters on their website, as well as the fact that they do not need new clients.
If you still want to be their client: you should be happy when they call you back after 2 weeks and don’t do what they promised + Make a supply of nerve cells.
Als kleine ondernemer wordt u bij Alfa totaal niet serieus genomen. Half jaar lang aan het lijntje gehouden. Uiteindelijk besloten om weg te gaan omdat de boekhouding handmatig "even tussendoor" gedaan werd. Belastingvoordelen moet je zelf aandragen, dit advies komt niet vanuit Alfa. Uiteindelijk wel torenhoge facturen sturen voor uren lang intern overleg.
Alfa is een prettige organisatie om mee samen te werken. Dichtbij de ondernemer en met specialistische kennis van mijn branche.
