I would give it a zero if I could. Absolutely awful customer service. They ghost you. I sent various emails regarding my order that I still haven't received and only ever get automated responses. They are deceptive in that they state they will respond within
1-2 business days. They don't. DO NOT give them buisness. Red flags all around. Scam!

I was referred to this company by a friend who has some jewelry by them but didn’t mention the awful customer service. I ordered 4 items Jan 29th 2026. Received an email from them Feb 6th giving me an update saying they’ve confirmed my order and it is being prepared for shipment.
I sent an email Feb 17th following up to which I received almost instantly (bot or AI) a response telling me they’ve reached out to their fulfillment team about my order and will respond within 1-2 business days. Never heard back. It’s March 5th. I submitted a dispute charge with Chase after googling all these negative reviews on the company. I sent ANOTHER email asking to cancel my order and again, got an immediate bot response saying they don’t allow cancelations. Cool. Not sure how this company is still up and running with this track record…

I placed my order for 3 rings on December 8th. 2 weeks later they still had not shipped so I asked for an update. Finally received my order the day after Christmas but it was missing an item. I followed up 3 times and finally submitted a dispute with Affirm after no response. I just received an email from Affirm stating they provided “evidence” that it’s been delivered, but that’s absolutely false. This seems to be a common occurrence with this scam of a company.

Terrible. Never received the product.

August 18 i (I wish I had checked the reviews first, but I didn’t).its been 3 months since I ordered and I never received my order or even a confirmation email. When I tried to contact customer service, there was no response at all. Basically, it’s a total scam!
Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back

I placed an order back on June 2024 and never received. I have been sending messages with no response. I paid $166 dlls for two rings. This is a spam Company. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I made a purchase for an ear cuff in February and I never received my product. I have sent several messages emails, etc. and they have not gotten back to me once. I’m very unhappy with this company I would not suggest buying from them.

I ordered from this company in December and still have yet to receive the items I ordered. I have contacted their support multiple times and have not received any help with this. Definitely seems like a scam, I would never order from here again. Be warned!

With the ads on instagram and then complete scam of a site, how is this company still in business. Like everyone else, spent a lot of money and have received nothing. Reached out to customer service multiple time with no response. Literally just scammed us.

Scam! Same experience as everyone else. What’s weird is I ordered from them before and I loved their jewelry and got so many compliments this last time, they went completely ghost. No contact #..nothing. Ordered Sept 27, 2024. Still no order received. Will never order from here again. Do not trust it!

I placed an order in July of 2024 and still have not received my order, it’s almost March 2025! They charged my card and then disappeared. I reached out multiple times to the company- via email, via instagram, and via their online contact form. No one has ever responded. 0 out of 10 recommend!

I’d like to give negative stars. I ordered in March of 2024 and have never received it. When I inquired, they said they had an unusual amount of orders. They also said I preordered when it clearly said In Stock.
I wish there was a way to weed out fake companies.

How can I give a negative star? Ordered necklace back in October and never received it. You can’t cancel an order once placed. $86.40 for a gift never received. Customer service is horrible. Do not order from this company! I promise you will regret it.

FRAUD. Do not buy from this scammer boutique. Ordered mine last year, never receive the item.

Update February 13th: still no answer and it’s still sitting at the west house. Taking the loss on this one. Reported the company on the official government website for fraud.

Don’t let the beauty this company portrays fool you. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered, however it was hard for me to even find reviews! Ordered December 27th they didn’t even create a shipping label. I reached out mid January, they actually answered and made a shipping label. Now it has been sitting for 2 weeks ‘waiting for usps to receive.’ Tried reaching out again and have heard absolutely nothing. Clearly they are a scam of a company. They have used the same ‘high demand’ excuse since 2023. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could give this a half star I would. I placed my order in September and I have sent over 10 emails trying to get in touch with someone since I still have not received my order. Just multiple automated emails I get saying someone will be in touch with me but then never does. Horrible company horrible customer service. I’ve reached out on socials too and no help. Seems like a scam of a company. I’m disputing the charge with my bank at this point. Buyers beware

This company has never sent my jewelry like every one else on here! I feel foolish I didn’t read reviews about them first! How instagram allows this kind of bad business is crazy to me. I think we should all file a lawsuit. And spam comment on their posts. Ordered in August have emailed 5 times! Commented 20 and sent DM’s!

ignore the rating. i would give it a zero. just don’t order. its been two months yet they didn’t respond to anything nor did they process a single order. it’s so frustrating to have to lose money here since i used a rewards card. the worst shopping experience ever and the other reviews seem the same as how it went with me. so so frustrating
