Cheap and Quality products. Recommend

Mina jäin oma esimese ostuga väga rahule! Esiteks ei paku selliseid tooteid keegi teine Eestis, teiseks oli kogu tellimise protsess väga lihtne ja mugav ning kolmandaks jõudis tellimus minuni väga kiirelt🤗 Soovitan julgelt ja kasutan kindlasti ise nende teenust ka tulevikus.

I’ve been using Alensa to buy my contact lenses and solutions for a while now. I’ve got no complaints—prices are fair, much better than in Estonian optical shops; quality of the lenses has always been great for me, and delivery is quick. I have no problem recommending this site, my experience is good.

Really good price for contact lenses. Was unsure about this company as never ordered before, but fast delivery, no fuzz.
Agree with some other customer that if the price remains, will order again.

Ordered Systane Ultra eyedrops (3 packages) for the second time now. Prices are unbeatable, expiry dates have been 1-1,5 years in the future so very reasonable. Haven't ordered any other products from their website but will be a return customer if the prices for eyedrops remain at great levels.

I ordered 5 times here and I'm very satisfied. Best prices, quick delivery. Good quality of contact lenses.

Update #2. Short: Thanks for the refund! I got it.

Got contacted with them by email on 17th Jan. Requested a shipping label to return items.

19th Jan - got a shipping label and sent it back next day 20th Jan.

3rd Feb - got a refund to my card.

Overall. Thanks for the return. But you need to work on your response time. The response time is very slow.

+ My review was not published on their website until I told about it on Trustpilot.

+ Now when I am checking - the product is delisted from website, but can be accessed by direct link - so they potentially hide products with bad review.

Therefore I cannot give full 5 stars. I am in between 3 and 4. 3.5 is more fair score. But since Trustpilot does not support fractional score I will leave it as 3.

Update: I got contacted with them. They agreed to exchange eye drops with much better expiry date. I asked for a return shipping label to their address - they ignoring me for 2 days already.

And I also left the review on their website, but it is only visible to me. When I am logged in - it is visible to me, and when I am logged out - it's hidden. So they are using very bad practice of hiding the bad experience their customers had. The review was left around a week ago, so even moderation should have happened during that time. They just don't want to show the bad reviews on their webpage.

They are selling left overs and old batches. I bought 3 packs of eye drops on January 3rd, 2023 and each of them is same expiry date - July 2023.

When I bought this eye drops on April 18th, 2022 - they also had same expiry date - July 2023.

Eye drops are meant for usage of 6 months. I expected it to be at least a year advanced expiry date. Next time will definitely buy from other place. This place is cheap because of compromises they have.

Väga ilusad värvilised läätsed, hea kvaliteediga ja normaalse hinnaga. Omniva-ga jõudsid kohale 2 päevaga. Ainus probleem on selles, et pupilli auk on liiga suur ja oma pupillid paistavad välja, mōnele kellel on suuremad pupillid kindlasti sobivad.

Kaup tuli kiiresti kohale, kuigi tellides tegi veidi ärevaks see, et ei öeldud, kaua aega võib minna.
