Late arrival of items, two of six items I ordered were missing. When I emailed regarding this they asked if I would like a refund or replacement. I asked for a refund as it was already too late for the gifts. No refund was given.
I ordered from Alcraze on 14th May 2025 but never received my order. Their tracking number never worked and despite numerous messages and emails, I got no response. I have wasted my money. This company feels like a scam. I do not recommend buying from them.
Order two sabr shukar tawakkal bracelets from them. One arrived fine and the other had wrong word ingraved. Emailed them so many times, sent a contact form. Absolutely no response whatsoever. The packaging was very cheap aswell. Feel really atupid ordering from such a knockoff company.
Placed order on the 23rd of March it is now 7th of April still no items. Contacted them numerous times via email. Excuses after excuses asked for tracking details as they claimed they sent items and it has got lost so where is the tracking details? Surely when you send items via royal mail you get the tracking number straight away. Seller did not send tracking details. Delivery was supposed to be by 6 business days has been well over that and these where eid gifts for my nieces. I have asked for a full refund which I am still waiting for.
Cowboy company I have opened a claim via PayPal. Please avoid and do not buy from them absolute cowboys.
