Ordered Topdon Artidiag EU arrived the next day and already has been very useful cleared 2 DTC`S on my 2018 VW Polo. its great piece of kit for the money easy to use even for me as a private user. The option to do coding looks interesting and something you would not expect at this price point.

Good fast efficient service

Delivery was speedy to the Outer Hebrides, good service, good product. Would use again, although I suspect I won't need to

John was very helpful and thorough he contacted the supplier to confirm suitability for my vehicle this did result in a delay in me placing the order due to the slow response from supplier rather than John ,item working fine thanks

Excellent service from start to finish👍
Superb communication, I asked a number of questions regarding the icarsoft CR Pro which were all addressed immediately, John was very helpful, and nothing was to much. I ordered the scanner, and it arrived the following day, which was fantastic, it arrived as described, very well packaged and as described. I have had the scanner plugged into my car and the machine does everything it says on the tin. Lovely piece of kit and great value for money in comparison to the more expensive ones on the market.
A must use seller and super efficient if you are looking to invest in one of these products.
Thank you John for a trouble free experience.

The team at Albionshire Diagnostics is fantastic and has helped me to find the best tool for my needs.

Very easy to use website and an excellent U-Tube video explaining the use of the scanner I needed. Also a competitive price. Needed the scanner for a new battery registration on a Mini Cooper.

By far the most helpful diagnostic equipment supplier that I have dealt with. Very proactive when I had problems

Albionshire checked the functions worked specifically for my car and sent the Ancel VD700 very quickly for a good price.

I first purchased a CR MAX scanner to cover different vehicle types. l quickly discovered that the unit didn’t cover all issues.
After several phone conversations and emails, John was really helpful and provided me all the information I needed to make my next purchase of a Ancel ds600 bt.
Excellent customer service, Well done Albionshire
