Did not arrive within the time frame they gave. Very poor quality and returns had to be sent to China although the website gives a UK address. DO NOT buy anything from this company they are a disgrace to trading.

Do not trust this company. They took my payment. I never received an order confirmation or indeed the order. They then said I had not placed an order or taken any money-even though I clearly showed them they had. My bank now taken up the dispute. Avoid this company at ALL costs

Advertised short delivery and uk address but took 1 month and came from Asia. Refuse to refund unless i pay to send back to Asia. Do not buy

The clothes do not match the image or the description and returning is a nightmare. No one is replying to me and I want my money back, these companies shouldn’t exist as it’s clearly fraudulent

This company is a scam charge you money for shipping extras that you don't even agree to and items not as advertised

Stay away from this website. It is clearly a scam. Selling cheap poorly made clothes from China at full London prices. Returns seem to be at the customer's cost and you have to ship to China, whereas when you order, there is no mention of this.

They ignore returns requests so you can’t return items or get refunds.

Item quality was poor.

Do not recommend at all.

I agree with the reviews below. The dress was poor quality, both in the material and in the cut. When I asked for a returns label I was told, like others, that the London shop had closed and I would have to return it - at my own expense - to Asia!!

One star too many. Very poor quality from Asia. If you try to return they will say their London store is closed and you need to return to Asia (stupid enough to order from them but not stupid enough to send to Asia) SCAM !!!!

This company is a scam.
As many people before have mentioned, they will not ship your item unless you chase them up for 2-3 weeks and threaten to dispute the transaction as fraudulent. When it arrives it will be such poor quality you won’t be able to wear or wash it. Given their highly unethical and illegal trading practices at a customer service level and the poor quality of their products, I would gather their items are also likely made under deeply unsettling and irresponsible conditions.
Not only should you not buy, these people should be banned from trading.

This company says it's uk based but it drop ships from china. The products are very poor quality and the sizing is very small. It offers 30 day return via a downloaded label but when you try to get the label they use excuses not to send one. Do not recommend.

If I could do less than 1 star I would. Having experienced the problems of ordering clothes from Chinese companies before I am always very cautious to make sure I don't do it again and I was quite confident this wasn't as it had an address in Swindon and the returns policy gave the impression that it would be very easy to return if need be. Having chased my order up I find the postcode was incomplete apparently (assuming they were just waiting for me to chase before sorting it out). I then waited weeks for my delivery which came from China! The jacket surprisingly looked similar to on the website but a definite medium and not a small. When i requested a return and refund I got no response whatsoever and it wasn't until a week later and lots of emails to them and attempted phone calls only to find it was a dud number that I finally got a response saying their UK branch has closed now. Clearly there never was a UK branch and they are breaching UK law in pretending there is which I told them which of course provoked them to keep trying to give me credit which equally I keep telling them I am not interested in as I won't be buying from them again. I strongly advise against buying from them - my opinion is they keep trading under different names with different fake addresses and are taking huge numbers of people in by it.

This company is a fraud. Stay away. I wish I knew this before ordering two items. The delivery is from China. When ordered takes ages. After 3 weeks and making threats they have sent me a jacket bigger with one size, nothing like the product I've ordered and the second item missing. They don't answer (someone with a Bulgarian name is sending you a link to a Chinese delivery company). The phone number on their website is not working. I have reported them as a fraud and please stay away and don't fall for this scam as I did. Delivered a day later the missing item - again the blouse had nothing to do with the product ordered, very poor quality. Once they scam enough people they change the line of clothing on their AI generated website.
