Organic dates not organic
I ordered 4 boxes of “Premium Ajwa Al-Madinah Dates 500g 100% Organic”. However, when I received the dates, there was nothing on the boxes indicating the dates were organic produce. I bought organic dates before from shops, so I know that it would be indicated on the box. I am really disappointed and frustrated about the misleading information. I especially ordered online from another city believing the product description on the website. Otherwise, I could have bought the dates I was sent from anywhere nearer me. Now I see that the term “organic” has been removed from the online description of the product, but after selling it to unsuspecting customers.

I’ve ordered from Al Aqsa shop a couple of times. Customer service and communication is amazing. Needed the ASEEL trousers delivered asap as my dad was travelling out and they ensured that they were delivered in time. Excellent quality too.
