Alamanah Travel UK

Excellent! Travelled between 25th Dec 2024 - Jan 4th 2025. Flight on way got cancelled lost a night at hotel. Was very upset and stressed and agency upgraded us to another hotel Swiss, which was very kind of them and responded to any concerns I had instantly. Very prompt in their response . Agent is Yaseen. Very professional. Stayed in Emaar Royal hotel in medina. Excellent location and sits outside imam Bukhari mosque which was a bonus. Masjid nabawi is a 5 min walk (depends how fast you walk) entrance to gate 21-25 (closest) perfect location for shopping and food. If I come back il def come back to this hotel. Room and service was excellent, despite a few negative reviews on trip advisor . I never encountered any issues. Never hardly in hotel anyway as always in mosque. Highly recommend yaseen as an agent and the company. I’m very conscious about service and I can honestly say he was brilliant.

We were recommended by a family member to use Alamanah Travels to book our Umrah after looking online and at travel agents.

Soon as i rang, we got through to Mr Yaseen who had been communicating with us through whatsapp during the whole process. Brother Yaseen was prompt and very polite, he accommodated our needs and helped us get the best price for the package that was available for us.

Although we were a family of 10, age ranging from 4yrs - 70yrs, Mr Yaseen had made the best arrangements for us to be transported around through the whole trip and we all were comfortable throughout the whole journey.

We will most definately be booking again with Alamanah Travels, I look forward to working with Mr Yaseen again and I personally recommend this company for your future Umrah/Hajj travels.

These guys have very great customer care.
They do their job professionally

Thank you so much for your kindness and good handling of everything till one arrives at their final.destination.
Thank.you Alanamah

The experience was overall great but, what I'll define as five star is, caring for your customer, making sure that your customer is satisfied and most importantly the quick response and how easy was for me to book my trip. I have booked and umrah trip with them and I have already recommended Mr Ikram's agency to friends and family. Will definitely be booking my future umrah and hajj trips with them. Thank you once again to Alamanah and Mr Ikram for everything. Bless

I had a wonderful experience communicating with Saad Ullah. Even though I didn’t end up booking, he was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly caring throughout the process. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I felt supported. He is very professional and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Our experience with Alamanah Travels was excellent. Everything was well organised, didn’t have any issues with anything. We didn’t have to do anything, we just told Alamanah Travels how long we wanted to go for and they did all the work. Transfers from the airport to the hotels were very smooth. Hotels were very close by as well. I can not say that I had any kind of issues. This was our first Umrah and they organised everything perfectly. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work.

We recently completed an 8-day Umrah journey with Alamanah Travel, and it was exceptional from start to finish. Maleeha and the team took care of all the details, from flights and transportation to comfortable 5-star hotels near the Haram in both Mecca and Medina. Thanks to their expert planning, we were able to focus fully on our ibadah.

The Ziyarat tour they organized was also memorable, with insightful guidance at each sacred site. We are incredibly grateful to Maleeha and the Alamanah team for making this experience smooth, spiritually enriching, and worry-free. Highly recommend!

Mohammed Yaseen was very helpful he really tried his best to find me the best umrah package Although I haven't booked yet but I will definitely come back to him many thanks Mohammed.

I recently had the incredible experience of performing Umrah with Alamanah Travel, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish, brother Ikram was very helpful , making the spiritual journey to Makkah and Madinah a truly memorable one.

Ikram brother provided comprehensive support, ensuring that all arrangements were good. The accommodations were comfortable and well-located, allowing us to focus entirely on our prayers and spiritual goals.

One suggestion I have is to work closely with the transport team based in Saudia to further streamline the travel experience. While the journey was smooth, I believe refining this area would add even more comfort and efficiency to an already excellent service.

Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Alamanah Travel for anyone planning their Umrah.

Thank you, Alamanah Travel & Ikram, for a spiritually enriching experience!

Words can't express this beautiful journey, thank you Alamanah for everything.
From travel, transport, hotels, everything was on point!!

I had an amazing experience with Alamanah Travel for my Umrah. Brother Ikram was our point of contact, and from the very start, his communication was excellent, keeping us updated throughout the entire process. The package was great value for money, and everything was incredibly well-organised, making the whole journey smooth and stress-free. It was truly a memorable experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending Alamanah Travel to everyone I know. I’ll also be using them again for future trips!

Recently traveled to umrah booked thru alamana travel .co.uk ikram was amazing and found me the best umrah package for me and family , flights hotel umrah guide and ziyarat package included at a goid price , he stayed in contact with me through my journey by wassup and any problems i had were sorted quickly , amazing service would highly recommend booking your travel needs with this company

I’m a regular customer with Alamanah Travel and they have always given a 10/10 service.

Maleeha Amjad was our travel agent this time round. She helped us get the best package and price. Makkah hotel wasn’t the best so wouldn’t use Emaar Al Khalil hotel again but a 10/10 hotel in Madinah. Definitely again and would go to Emaar Maktan in Madinah. The company are brilliant with problem solving when we faced issues in Makkah because of the hotel. Maleeha did a great job and so did the manager. Overall I’m happy with the service they have provided. Have recommended this company to over 15-20 people and they all have said the same thing. Keep up the good work إن شاء الله.

Muhammad Ramzan helped greatly throughout the whole process. He was patient and answered all questions quickly. It was our first umrah trip and everything was arranged perfectly and Muhammad kept checking in as well which provided reassurance. Great service and will definitely use this company again in future. We will also be recommending to family and friends. Jazakhallah and may Allah place barakah in your business.

Horrible experience. Everything is different from what they advertise. Amateur team that is supposed to make travel arrangement easier, they just made it worst. Never book with them.

Good service for Umrah packages

We had the best umrah experience. Maleeha helped us throughout our whole journey. The booking was done easily and all the information was provided. The package provided to us was amazing. The hotels were close to all the places we had to visit and the breakfast was good. Maleeha was very professional and she was available whenever we needed her. She was reassuring and when we had any issue, she solved it immediately. We would highly recommend her and would be travelling through them again.
