Szuper, jó ellátásban volt részünk így is hogy èn kísérő voltam , kedvesek oda figyeltek ránk. Teljes mértékben meg vagyok elégedve.

Buna.Eu sint din Republica Moldova cu domiciliu in Romania.Cu mare încredere recomand spitalul AKTIF DIN Yalova.Am făcut operația Gastric sleev in acest spital AKTIF in care mă operat Domnul Doctor SADIK ERIYLMAZ un doctor cu experiență care știe să-și facă bine meseria și își dă interesul pentru pacienții lui.Operatia a decurs foarte bine și cu un succes nemaipomenit.Personalul spitalului și asistenții Sint foarte amabili și primitori.Aveti traducător foarte bun care este cu voi pe tot parcursul internării in spital.Din prima zi cînd ați aterizat la aeroport și pina la plecare către aeroport sinteti primiti și tratați foarte bine.Acasa Sint mereu cu nutriționista care colaborează împreună cu chirurgul pe watsap timp de 1 an de zile.La 3 saptamini de la operatie mă simt foarte bine am rezultate foarte bune .Am slăbit 8,5kg și 7 cm din talie.La esirea din spital vi se da un plan alimentar care e tradus in limba pe care o vorbiți că sa puteți să-l respectați că sa fiți bine.

My experience at Aktif International Hospital has been nothing short of exceptional. As a woman approaching 50, I began noticing changes in my appearance that I no longer felt confident about. Aging is inevitable, but I wanted to invest in myself and make subtle changes that would help me feel refreshed and more confident.
After much consideration, I decided to undergo a blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty because my eyes had started to look saggy and my nose had begun to widen with age. I first discovered my surgeon Dr Percon through Instagram, and from the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. I could message at all hours and still receive clear, reassuring, and professional responses.
However, nothing compared to the care and experience I received once I arrived at the hospital in Turkey. Although I originally had the option to stay in a hotel, I chose to stay in the hospital instead because I was travelling alone and wanted the reassurance of medical care around me. From the moment I arrived, every single member of staff was warm, positive, and incredibly helpful. Despite the language barrier, I never once felt uncomfortable or unsupported.

A very special thank you goes to my coordinator. I genuinely have never met someone so hardworking, organised, and professional. She handled everything with patience and kindness, no matter how many questions or requests I had. At one point, because I was swollen and struggling with my appetite after surgery, she even offered to personally get me lunch. That level of care and compassion meant so much to me.
As for my surgeon — I cannot praise him enough. When I met him in person, he asked me what I wanted, and I told him something very important: I did not want a “cookie-cutter” nose. I am proudly African, and I wanted my features to still reflect who I am. I asked him to look at my face as a whole and create something that would suit me naturally. I trusted him completely, and when I woke up after surgery, I was honestly overwhelmed with happiness. He listened to every part of my brief and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. My nose looks refined yet still natural and true to my identity, and my eyes look youthful and refreshed. I genuinely feel like I look 10 years younger. I have not even left Turkey yet, and I am already recommending my friends and family to come to this surgeon and hospital. I am an extremely fussy person with very high standards, so when I say I truly recommend Aktif International Hospital, I genuinely mean it. 10/10 results. 10/10 service. 10/10 experience. Thank you for helping me feel confident and beautiful again.

I got to know about this hospital through a friend but I also went a head and did my own research just for my peace of mind . From the consultation to the surgery date everything was very straightforward, no hidden fees and nothing felt dodgy at all . I was picked up at the airport upon arrival though the driver was abit late which was kind of a turn off to me and I started to panic . But once the driver arrived everything aligned in order to. I arrived at the hospital the nurse took my bloods and obs. The next day in the morning I met with my surgeon for preps and we headed to the surgery. Dr UMRAN MUSLU is very caring ,and he is very good at what he does Masha’allah .i would highly recommend him for anyone that is in need of building there body confidence back. he checked on me every morning to make sure that am fine. All the nurses were very kind and caring and they made sure I did not have to feel any pain .so they kept my pain medication in check . The house keeping ladies were so lovely I wish I could remember there names . They kept the whole place clean and each time the popped in my room they had there smiles on which made me feel more safe . AYŞE this lady is very amazing when I arrived at the airport and the driver was not there I contacted her right away and she kept on updating me and giving me assurance that everything is going to be okay . She kept popping by the hospital to check on me and still give me assurance which really made me feel safe . Being in turkey meant communication issues but Ayşe was always there to translate for me .am looking forward to coming back in the future for more treatment and I would highly recommend this hospital . The only problem I encountered was the nurse call bell it kept going on and off . Several occasions I needed help to get up and go to the toilet with my hand attached to the ivf drip but the bell was not working so I had to struggle get up and one hand is holding the drains and the other hand clipped on the drip pushing the drip stand that was not safe at all . I reported this 3 times but they didn’t change it but rather only gave it a while and it would for sure work again but after a while it’s off again . The food was not too bad but most of the times it was cold which I felt wasn’t really a good thing . But overall the hospital is very good, all the staff are very kind and caring and most of the time you ask for something they respond very fast . The reason am giving 4star is because of the call bell that freaked me out a lot thinking what if it’s an emergency you know . And I read someone also reviewed about the bell I thought it should be sorted out by now .

J'ai demandé l'intervention du Dr Perçin pour faire une blepharoplastie et rhinoplastie afin d'harmoniser mon visage. Le Dr Perçin a été à mon ecoute et à su m'orienter par rapport à ce que je souhaitais pour que mon nouveau profil aille parfaitement bien avec mes traits de visage. Il est d'une grande ecoute et très patient.

Very modern and very clean hospital facilities and appliances at the cutting edge of technology, nickel room with all necessary comfort, television, heating and air conditioning, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, staff and nurses (nurse Selma and the other nurses) are always available, very professional and with a little care, always with the smile, kindness and homour sometimes, they are adorable and wonderful people!!
Doctor Perçin SERHAT YERGIN is very very friendly, very caring, professional, very competent and reassuring, he put me at ease right away and explained the entire procedure from A to Z, I was very confident for the continuation of the procedure, the best surgeon ever!
I am delighted to have spent 4 days in their company in Istanbul!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! 😘😘😘😘

They save my life, i was passing a hard situation due to gallbladder stones, the found out the root of the problem and gave the fast solution, all the staff are kind and careful about each patient, I'm so grateful, I recommend them 100%

The hospital and staff was brillant. I had a great surgeon, great after care.

A lot of the stuff did not speak English, my nurse Bell did not ring so for two days I suffered by having to try and get up and get it over to the nurses station for painkillers. Finally, the food was absolutely diabolical. I literally had bread and butter the whole time the only good thing was Sema the translator but wasn’t there every day and Farooq who helped in getting everything set up.

After going to a clinic that I was not happy with I called AKTIF and they where only to happy to help me . My experience was one of comfort and I felt safe being in the hands of aras and sema with their excellent English and a job only to make me feel happy and understand all that was happening. The drivers were there each morning and I had no worries of getting from place to place . I can only speak highly of the two that help me through my journey.

Good job everything went smooth very nice doctor and staff is nice caring i had a great time in their care . Customer service was excellent . Vip services was top of the line . The doctor is very good he speaks english that was a plus for me im very happy with this doctor and his team .. sept 19th 2025 was the best day of my life.
