Delighted with the furniture received. Andy and Isobel were brilliant to deal with throughout whether it was answering questions about the furniture, requesting some modifications on the pieces themselves, to discussing shipping. They always replied promptly and fully. Would buy from AKD again.

Wow, what a surprise to be absolutely delighted with my new desk that I ordered from AKD. It’s perfect and amazing quality. There is not a sign of any damage or mark. I was really impressed with the quality of materials and the craftmanship, Well worth the money and I am just about to place another order.

I ordered a Victorian style mahagony Telephone seat with shelf back in June. It was delivered this morning and is absolutely beautiful. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the colour scheme. It was well worth the wait. Andy and Isobel were both very helpful with the order from start to finish. Thank you soooo much. I will definitely order again from ADK furniture.

I ordered a custom made mahogany desk and the wait was well worth it. The desk is spectacular, the finish is excellent and it has changed my whole room. It’s elegant, the quality of the real wood / mahogany is noticeable as being first class. I will use AKD again in the future for other furniture based on my experience.

I would highly recommend AKD furniture for very high quality and finish furniture. Andy was very very helpful from designing the table to my specifications to delivery of the item to my house in perfect shape. It was already assembled and all I had to do was take off the covering. The console table was a bespoke one I have already given another order. The carvings and finish of the table is amazing. Thank you so much Andy.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from AKD Furniture since I discovered them in 2018. Each time I have found something I like on their website, and then asked them to modify it to produce a bespoke design that met my requirements. Andy has turned my rough sketches into professional plans, and has been happy to go through multiple revisions & adjustments until I've signed off the design. He has also been happy to give advice, and to send pictures of similar custom designs for inspiration.

The furniture that has been delivered is everything that I hoped it would be. The quality is great, all the details and dimensions match the design exactly, and it feels like it will last a lifetime.

I've bought a small desk to fit into an awkward alcove in my hallway, a large desk with matching side cupboards for my home office, and a pair of bookcases, and it's likely that I'll buy from AKD Furniture again in the future.

A good website allowed me to choose my coffee table and after a quick telephone discussion with Isobel I placed my order. I was informed about the arrival of the table and how and when the delivery would be made. It arrived this morning and was well made and professionally packed. We are very happy with our purchase and with Isabel and Andy’s attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've just had my new MAHOGANY EXECUTIVE PEDESTAL DESK delivered by AKD Furniture and it came 100% up to expectations. Not only was it delivered on time, but the packing was excellent, thus ensuring the item was delivered in perfect condition. The workmanship and finish are superb and the pre-purchase contacts were smooth and extremely helpful. The cherry on the cake is the fact that the mahogany used in the desk's manufacture comes from government controlled sources, thus ensuring that this precious natural wood is not endangered.
In a nutshell, I am delighted with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend AKD Furniture's service to a friend.

My experience with AKD was wonderful from the first call we bought a superking size mahogany sleigh bed we were given an expected date which was a few weeks longer due to Covid . Our bed arrived my husband and I build it no problem super quality well worth the wait thinking’s of a cheat of drawers now . Thank you all at AKD furniture 😊

Our experience with AKD Furniture was great. We initially bought a large mahogany corner desk for our study and also had a long bespoke sideboard made to fit in an alcove .After using the study for a while we needed more storage and AKD made us a bespoke top to our sideboard incorporating a pullout printer shelf and other drawers and cupboards it looks fantastic! The whole process of dealing with Andy from (AKD) from conception to completion and various tweeks in the design was dealt with professionally and concisely. We would highly recommend them!

All round really positive experience. We wanted to change several of the measurements from the basic design - process was totally transparent, great comms and a lovely bit of furniture at the end of it, thank you!

I recently used AKD for a bed and a desk. Absolutely wonderful quality items, beautifully made, solid and elegant. We placed the order to our specifications - number of draws, finish, handles, etc around their standard design. After that we paid the deposit and the goods duly arrived at the agreed time (16 weeks from order). perfect.

Great commutations and a pleasure to deal with. High recommend.
