Sizing is completely inaccurate
I'm a shoe size 8 and the cowboy boots were so unbelievably tight there is no way the sizing is right.
No issues for delivery but just a shame that the sizing is off. Returns is 2.99 also!

Absolute joke!!! I placed an order on Monday the 6th of January in the morning and payed for next day delivery. I’m still waiting for my order and it’s now Thursday the 9th and I still have not received my order.I emailed yesterday asking if you knew where my order was and I’ve been ignored!!!!! Not happy at all.

Ordered a pair of boots for £35, sent me the wrong ones. Gave me a FREE return label to send boots back ans recieve the correct ones. Had no contact from them just a notification to day I am receiving a refund. The refund is minus the postage the cost though!

Severely dissapointed in the capabilities to choose the correct product and to charge me for the return seeing the error was theirs.

Won't be ordering again

The staff are brilliant and make the whole on line experience very personal.

Sent a pair of boots which were of poor quality and looked slightly worn in, raised it with them and they refused a refund saying I worn them in!! What in two days?? Don’t shop here

Really pleased with my sandals. Ordered 2 pairs in a size 3. Fits perfectly. Extremely fast delivery. Ordered on a Wednesday and had them next day. Very impressed. Good strong sandals, very comfortable and well worth the price. Also had a discount as it was my first time ordering. Would highly recommend.
