Although my initial experience was very positive, I am currently experiencing payment delays.

I received confirmation from AIX that the payments have been processed; however, the funds have not yet been credited to my account.

I contacted my advisor, opened support tickets, and sent an official letter. I was assured that the issue would be resolved quickly; however, to date, I am still waiting for the payments and confirmation of their status.

My questions regarding the status and timeline of these payments remain unanswered, and I would like clarification, as the agreed payment terms have not been met.

Not receiving payments since May. How to recover my funds legally? Did anyone try consulting any firm for funds recovery?

All reviews on google are fake! Read the negative ones!
Don't believe any of their investment plans, including bonds. They lie a lot to take your money.
I hired a lawyer and eill sue them in court. I suggest all of you do the same.

I invested in a Corporate Bond (€100,000) in May 2025 on the promise that I would receive 12% guaranteed returned (paid quarterly) with a further 18% as an annexure (paid monthly). From the outset there were issues: one can only subscribe to the bond after opening up a specific bank account with Swissquote. When it came to subscribing to the bond - it had 4 years to maturity rather than the 3 years I was promised. Increasing my risk
Payments were haphazard from the outsets. While I eventually received all my quarterly payments, I only received my first 9 monthly payments then these ended. Without any explanation. So far 5 payments are missing totalling €7500. When I requested a buy back from AIX they simply defelcted the answer and said "please show them patience" but they have so far provided no clear path to either resuming my payments nor paying me back my principle. I have sought legal advice and will be pursuing a claw back of my funds with full force.

I have been waiting for payments since February, and my contract has still not been settled. After speaking with many other clients, I discovered that several people have not received payments since December or February as well.

There are already many clients facing delays and unpaid obligations. Communication has become increasingly difficult, and many investors are still waiting for clear solutions and fulfilled agreements.

Le compte semblait normal pendant un certain temps, j'ai donc saisi les coordonnées de mon portefeuille pour recevoir mon paiement. Au début, cela ne m'a pas semblé grave, alors j'ai attendu un peu plus longtemps lorsque le virement n'a pas abouti. Plus tard, cette plateforme a prétendu que le retrait avait échoué parce que les coordonnées de réception que j'avais fournies étaient erronées. J'ai supposé qu'il s'agissait d'une simple erreur mineure, j'ai donc suivi l'étape suivante. Ils m'ont demandé des frais de correction pour renvoyer le paiement. J'ai payé ces frais car le solde apparaissait toujours sur mon tableau de bord.
J'ai attendu un moment, pensant que le paiement était toujours en cours de traitement. Le montant figurait toujours sur mon compte, mais je n'ai reçu aucun argent. Lorsque le solde de mon tableau de bord est resté bloqué, j'ai déposé une plainte auprès d'Advocacy𝕀ℕ𝕋. Le processus de récupération a pris un certain temps. Finalement, tout l'argent qui m'avait été volé m'a été restitué. Vous devez faire extrêmement attention à l'endroit où vous placez vos fonds. Vérifiez toujours les antécédents d'un site avant de décider d'y participer.

I only added a small amount at the beginning. They actually processed a small withdrawal for me shortly after, which made everything seem normal. I did not question it immediately because the transfer went through without any issues. Since it looked like a regular setup, I started adding more funds over time. My plan was to leave it there and make a larger withdrawal later on. The balance was visible in my account, but when I eventually tried to take it out, the payout never arrived.
The numbers on the screen stayed the same, yet the transaction did not move forward. That was when I realized the dashboard balance was not real and that this site was fake. Once the dashboard balance remained stuck, I submitted a complaint to Advocacy𝕀ℕ𝕋. The process took some time, and majority of the stolen amount was returned after the case was investigated. It is vital to research thoroughly before you trust any online system. You should always be cautious about where you place your money.

I have invested my hard earned money in AIX financial in Dec 2023. After getting payout for one for 2 years the I invested two more investments recently but since March no payout for any of investment were being given. And no proper response I am getting since. Chris would you advise what response you are getting after legal notice.

I was set on a zoom call with a very aggressive and condescending Greek woman. I am greek so they thought I needed a Greek one . Anyway, at least she provided the information.
After consideration, I said given the mixed reviews and general insecurity,I did not feel safe to entrust them with100k+ euros .10 days later she called me. It was from a +357 code which is Cyprus. While she had told me she was working in the Dubai office. Dubai is +971 After I asked why she called from a Cyprus number she became aggressive and said I called from Dubai. I sent her both the logged number and the screenshot of our WhatsApp talk where SHE CONFIRMED it was her
I sent her the screenshots . No reply...

The whole story started with a "recruitment company" (JobsInDubai) that charges $99 to register your CV and put you forward for jobs. Veronica contacted me on my mobile phone from Florida USA and sounded very convincing. Stated that she received my application for a job as a Data Analyst (which I did apply for). Once I (stupidly) paid the $99 she organised an interview for me with a company in Dubai, AIX Investments. Long interview with Ashraf Moussad, claiming he is the Head of HR at AIX Investments. Lots of promises, huge salary, paid accommodation etc. etc. They immediately wanted me to pay $1200 to cover their costs for Visas, plane tickets etc. Then I will be refunded the money one I arrive in Dubai. Strange thing was that the interview had to be on Skype. He never switched his video on. All documentation including the job offer was sent to me on Skype. I asked him for his email address several times, but he just ignored me. I then phoned AIX Investments today, asking to speak to the HR department. They were conveniently not available. I asked them if Ashraf Moussad works for them, they said nobody by that name works there, but that I must email their HR department. I did that, and also copied in all the other email addresses on their website. Each and every email returned stating that the email addresses don't exist. All I can assume is that this is a scam. Please be careful out there.
