If I could give zero or minus stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHINESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!. Bought jumper, looked nothing liked advertised,tried to return it but such a job, offered to send me another jumper, said I dodwant it, just wanted my money back. Offered to let me keep jumper but give me 5% of my money back, I said no I wanted a full refund. They then said they were being very generous & offered me 10% refund, again I refused & said I wanted a full refund so as a final offer they offered me a 15% refund!. Once again I said no I wanted a full refund. Took another month to get an address to return it to which was in China (what a surprise!!) so cost €23.70 postage.Have emailed numerous times since & "Ava" has told me they were refunding me but have not answered one email since. Shame on me for not reading other reviews before buying. Also be aware that they do this with other websites using other Counties in Ireland in their name.

This company is a total scam. Firstly there is no such boutique as Aislings Boutique in Galway. I have got addresses in China and in the Netherlands. I ordered a pair of shoes but realised straight away I ticked the wrong size box. I emailed immediately but the shoes arrived in the wrong size. I tried to return them but no return address. Thus started an email saga. At one stage I was offered the shoes in the right size without returning the others. Even though the quality was poor I accepted. Another email to say they couldn't do it. Then I was offered 30% refund. I accepted that but the next email said the best they could do was 20%.

Do not buy from this website. Its a scam. Paid €59 for a jacket 26Sept. No sign of it and 1 reply saying they'll look into it. Then nothing. Complete silence despite numerous emails. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

Top arrived okay but was nothing like the picture and far too big. Website showing a lovely Irish couple and shop front said it was reduced from €103 to €35, what a joke. Numerous emails to get a refund but was offered 15% of the cost back citing environmental impact. I should have found and read reviews of this site before ordering.

This is a total scam. Took weeks to arrive. From an undescribable place in China I think(looking at delivery updates)..Shoes ordered were of tatty,plastic quality.Company will not give me a return adress or code. They just keep offering a replacement. A disgrace really. STEER CLEAR.

This is a scam shop. They are based in China. Do not order from them. Although my order did finally arrive weeks later it was of appalling quality and only fit for the bin. Save your money! Scam, scam, scam retailer!!

Ordered from this ‘site’ as I thought I was buying from a store in Galway!! Totally a scam!! Order arrived after 3 weeks from China. Shoes were not what I picked or purchased & the wrong size. I have sent 4 emails to date with no response or acknowledgmen, albeit their website says they respond within 24 hours! No contact number available to call them. Disgraceful. DO NOT USE OR ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Do NOT purchase anything from this website. There is no such boutique in Galway, all items are shipped from China and are of very poor quality.

OK so firstly it gives the impression that this is an Irish owned company based in Ireland, it isn't, its a Chinese based company ,everything is made and shipped from China so false advertising. No one answered to my messages. But the worst thing is the product I bought looked like a woolen zip up hoodie, it isn't. It is the cheapest possible material you can get with a badly printed impression of a woolen item printed on to it, out of focus I might add

I got my order and it is all rubbish - not at all as advertised. Also was not from Aislings Boutique in GALWAY but shipped from CHINA. I am absolutely discusted as the items were very expensive - I thought I was ordering quality items from an Irish Store. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE

This is not an Irish website it is a total scam. I ordered a top from them and it arrived after a long delay from China. It is cheap rubbish and it is supposed to be a large size but is way too small. I would not recommend them. Do not buy from this site as it is cheap rubbish.

This is not an Irish company,I sadly found out too late. I ordered and received shoes, but they are too small. I've emailed them and they've sent a reply stating they will give me a 15% partial refund if I'm willing to keep the shoes. It will probably cost me alot to return the shoes but is it wise to engage further and agree to the refund? I'm unsure, unfortunately didn't do enough research before purchasing. Lesson learned!

If I could leave a minus star I would. Do not buy from these. It’s a scam. Products when they arrive are terrible and unwearable. They come from China NOT Galway. Trying to get my money back, keep offering me discounts to keep which I do not want . They won’t send me return address but I will keep trying.

Specifically wanted to support Irish stores and made the mistake unknowingly of placing an order from this Company for what looked like good quality products. Order took 4 weeks to arrive and the second I saw it was being shipped from China, I knew it was a scam. Products are plastic, shoddy and cheaply made, and not as advertised. Buyer beware ... Do not order from this company and waste your money.

I bought from this website a few weeks back but just realised it wasn’t from boutique shop in Galway. Shoes arrived after 15 days, really bad quality. I want to return and have emailed company several times but still no reply.

Absolute scam! The ‘Irish’ branding is all fake, and the jumper I ordered was shipped from China. It took 2 weeks to arrive, and only vaguely looks what I ordered. Terrible shape, sleeves are too short, poor quality overall. I paid far too much for this! Stay away!
