I never received a product from this company.

I ordered in January 2, 2026 and still no product or communication from the company

Terrible experience-- arrived MUCH later than planned, offered a partial and full refund multiple times, never got it, pillow smelled terribly and was too small, otherwise might have worked. Don't waste your time.

My pillow was ordered in Dec 2025 and I have yet to receive it. The response to the emails that I sent to the company say the package is on its way every time. Some responses blame the USPS, but if it ever arrived in the USPS system the would have a tracking number where I could tell the status. Unfortunately I think this company is a scam not can’t get my money back because they have stopped communicating with me.

I never received the pillow I ordered in December 2025, despite several reassurances that it was “on the way.” They succeeded in ripping me off. Terrible company.

Ordered 2 pillows in January- no sign of them. 10 emails later and many promises, still no pillows end of March.
What was I thinking ordering before checking Trust Pilot. Damn. Definitely a scam.

I would give minus 5 stars if possible. I ordered their sleep apnea pillow on Jan 10, 2026 with their stated "delivery within 5 days." Well, it hasn't arrived in over 2 months. I have emailed them 4 times with zero responses. Since there is no phone number to be found, I searched on line where I found so very many reviews both on Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau and others. Gosh, do I wish I had looked for reviews in advance of my $76.97 purchase. Seems most everyone who left reviews have had the exact same experience as I have had. I have filed a dispute through my credit card company who will try to resolve it with this scam vendor. Very valuable lesson learned in 2026 after getting scammed by a 2nd vendor that I found while looking at items on Pinterest. That lesson: do NOT buy from any vendor selling stuff on Pinterest, or any social media platform for that matter. Too risky that you will lose your money and be very frustrated. Also, do a quite internet search and read reviews!!!

Terrible experience with customer service support. The pillow took months to arrive.
Later, I reached out for a refund according to their satisfaction guarantee policy and they responded once and then ghosted me the eight following times I tried to reach them for support. I have still not been able to receive a refund and will be telling everyone this company cannot be trusted.

This company is a scam operation. I have sent at least ten emails requesting a return label because the Airway pro pillow did not help me one bit. Social media platforms should not promote these companies that are bogus. I will definitely pursue a formal complaint against this company.

Fraudulent company!! Ordered 2 months ago and yet to receive. Contacted multiple times with one response saying they would refund half the cost for my patience but follow emails never answered and no refunds what so ever have been processed.

The company offers a refund but they will never send it. I was told my refund was issued 3 weeks ago and it has yet to show up on my credit card. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. They did email and say the refund had been sent but I have not received it so I think they are just lying to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LYING SCAMMING COMPANY. Oh and the pillows smell like chemicals and don’t do what they say they will.
Latest email from this company informed me their “payable accounts have been closed”. What a fly-by-night!!

I wish I could of not left even a 1 star. This company is a scam! Never received the pillow, many emails to them and return emails from them giving all sorts of an option for a refund. Told then 100% refund and still haven't received the refund or even the pillow. Now when I try to bring up their web page it is gone. Scam!

I paid $58.23 for a product from this company and never received it—only repeated excuses that the order was “processing” and would ship soon. After seeing the many similar complaints and their F Rating with the Better Business Bureau (my bad for not researching it beforehand), buyers should NOT spend ANY money here! They have ruined me for trusting any company who advertises on social media!

Terrible company! The product is very cheap and small. Customer service is nonexistent. Forget about the satisfaction guarantee. The only guarantee you get is that they will take your money, ship you something that is not worth the shipping cost then promise to refund and never follow through. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I almost always check reviews prior to ordering online. I neglected to this time. Order never arrived. Do not give them your money! Scam!!

I would also give zero stars if possible. I ordered on Dec. 7 and have never received the two pillows and covers. This is such a joke and a waste of 116.00. I was so hopeful but I have only received excuses and an offer for a partial refund. Seriously? A partial refund for receiving nothing. I only wish I had used PayPal. Such a joke and a scam and I am sure they have made millions from unsuspecting customers who fell for their nonsense.

My order never arrived. I was told it was on the way every time I complained to the company. (for 3 months) And they are constantly sending me promotional emails, but no product.

I'd give them a zero if I could. I wish I had read all these reviews before buying a pillow I didn't get and then a refund I never got. Lesson learned!

This company is a SCAM! Do not buy ANY of their products. This includes the Airway Pro pillows and they are now selling a Sleep supplement from a new website: moon-supplements.com. I ordered pillows 2 months ago and have gotten nothing. Every time I contact them via email, they state the pillows are on their way or they don't respond at all. Their Airway Technology website no longer exists.

IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET THIS(SO CALLED) SLEEP APNEA PILLOW. THEY KEPT SAYING IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED AND IT HADNT. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. HORRIBLE

That 1 star may be an exaggeration. I ordered this pillow the first of December, 2025. I have yet to receive. I have been in communication with the company weekly since January. There is always a promise that it has been shipped and on its way. I have tried numerous times to completely cancel the order for a full refund to no avail. Do not let yourself be sucked into purchase by this unreliable and scammish company.
