Very good reliable service
Very good reliable service. Our plane was a little late, but the driver was waiting for us. Easy booking, nice driver. Our transfer service ran smoothly, the driver was waiting for us, and he was very handy and helpful. The van was clean and new. Highly recommended!
We used Airport Transfer Budapest for an airport shuttle from our rental apartment to the Budapest airport as well. The car showed up just a few minutes before the scheduled time and my driver was wonderful. Daniel, was brilliant. He left messages letting me know where to meet him, the drive was really pleasant and hassle free. An uneventful transfer to the airport is the best!! Thanks again! No issues at all…the drive was very polite for our transport. So easy to book, efficient transport from the airport directly to our hotel and return. Would recommend this service to anyone traveling from BUD into Budapest and back. Would definitely recommend this company for airport shuttles.

Excellent and professional service. Picked us up on time for both trips, and the drivers were polite and friendly and high quality nice cars. The customer service is very fast, kind and efficient. Good experience
Our driver Attila was punctual, polite and thoughtful. He was driving carefully and the whole experience went without a hitch. The car was clean and comfortable.
The payment went exactly as advertised, I paid in the car, with card.
I recommend this service over public transport for both safety and comfort reasons after I tried both.

Excellent airport/hotel transfer service
This was the second time we have used ATB for return transfers. We were very impressed with the service on both occasions.
The 2 factor authentication at the point of booking through email and text/WhatsApp is reassuring, as is the code you are given that the driver must match when you arrive at the airport. Our drivers sent a message introducing themselves a short time before collection time-again very reassuring to know everything was fine. At the inbound collection we received this message as soon as we landed, saying our driver would be waiting for us as we exited airport arrivals. He gave us clear instructions so it was very easy to find him, and was in a space very close to the exit door. Both drivers arrived very promptly, were very friendly and polite, cars were clean and well maintained and were well driven. I would highly recommend using this company, and we certainly will use them again if we return to Budapest.

Super service!!! Onze vlucht had 3u vertraging, 5min wachten aan de luchthaven had de chauffeur ons al opgepikt.
Geld overhandigd (retour)en perfect op het afgesproken uur stond de chauffeur ons al op te wachten om terug richting luchthaven te rijden.

Budapest in February.
There was an issue with the pick up from the airport as the driver had his phone taken by a customer in error which resulted in a 30 min delay. The pick up to the airport was on time with no issues.
Our driver Mr Zoli couldn't have been any more apologetic for the initial delay encountered & his conversation & advise on what to do & see in Budapest was second to non. I would personally like to thank Mr Zoli for his professionalism & advise. All in all I would recommend this company to future passengers :-)

Good value service
The driver was on time and the journey to the airport was comfortable. It is easy to book online and as a woman traveling on my own I appreciated that the driver had to identify himself with a code that was provided to me in advance.

Excellent service we arranged a return…
Excellent service we arranged a return to the airport and both times the taxi was on time. The ATB taxi driver was great and we were driven safely. Would recommend and use again. Easy bookig system, very good customer service, right on time, good driver, good cars... so i will definitely use them again and i recommend this company to everyone who travelling to Hungary, Budapest!

A very arrogant and less friendly…
A very arrogant and less friendly customer service I must say. If you want a glimpse, just drop an e-mail to their customer service for queries and see the responses, you will yourself see. All these people keep on replying is that if your booking details not final, don't book without even reading/understanding anything.
I seriously think they don't deserve any rating. Deceived by the good ratings it had.
