Inloggen, kaart kopelen, weer inloggen echt een drama. Wat een oplichterij daar bij AH.

In twee jaar tijd is een behoorlijk lang opgebouwd saldo verdampt door verlopen geldigheid.
Resterend saldo overgemaakt naar het rodekruis en kaart opgeheven.
Waardeloos spaarsysteem wat niets mee oplevert.

Ongeacht of je nu wel of niet in kennis bent gesteld, is het ongehoord om het opgebouwde saldo van 29.500 naar 450 te reduceren.

Bij Praxis kreeg ik de mededeling dat ze op 31 december 2024 stoppen met Air Miles. Waarom vertelt Air Miles dat niet zelf aan mij? Ook de vergoeding voor gespaarde Air Miles is bij Praxis veel lager dan b.v. Albert Heijn. Wanneer je op de site kijkt wat er met de Miles te doen of te koop is wordt je heel verdrietig, als je wat je moet bijbetalen!! Maar eens mee stoppen denk ik.

Al een aantal keren zomaar airmiles afgeschreven zonder te begrijpen hoe… gevraagd om reactie van airmiles maar geen reactie…. We rijden om om airmiles te sparen bij de Shell, doen speciaal boodschappen bij de AH om te sparen en halen klus materiaal bij de praxis. Nu al een paar keer meegemaakt dat er zomaar duizenden airmiles bij de AH zouden moeten zijn afgeschreven terwijl ik of mijn partner die bewuste dagen geeneens boodschappen bij de AH gedaan hebben.

Air miles refuses to honor the promised miles from a Shop the Block that offered 1000 miles for shopping with 4 partners...we did so, yet have never received the miles despite numerous calls and emails, including pictures of the receipts. Corrupt company.

Ik hoop dat u nooit een pakketje terug moet sturen naar Airmiles. Dat is een Kafka-achtige ervaring.
Ten eerste moet je heel goed zoeken op de site om een contactadres te vinden.Vervolgens krijg je 3 mogelijkheden. Ik koos de telefoon.Daar is het menu verwarrend en werd ik er 2x uitgegooid. De dame die ik uiteindelijk aan de lijn kreeg kon me niet helpen maar zou mij een e-mailadres geven. Ik zet u inde wacht, zei ze. Veel later kwam ze terug met de mededeling dat haar collega's met lunchpauze waren.
Ik wacht nog.

5th time trying to call/chat with an agent - NOTHING. Ridiculous long waits

Maybe its time to contact the Bank of Montreal (now owners) although big bank- no doubt same response and service!!!

I am very frustrated and disappointed with how Air Miles has handled my recent experience. I shopped through their website expecting to earn 20X or 30X Air Miles, as advertised. After making my purchase, I didn’t receive the 2,240 Air Miles I was owed. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was told that electronic products were not included in the promotion—even though this exclusion was never mentioned anywhere on their website.

Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, they refused to credit me the missing 2,240 Air Miles, and have been unresponsive to my concerns. It feels like they are deliberately misleading customers, and the lack of transparency has made me feel like they are lying to me.

This whole situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from a program that prides itself on customer loyalty. Air Miles needs to improve their communication and be more upfront with their promotions to prevent others from having the same negative experience.

Ivm omstandigheden waren we alle gegevens kwijt van onze airmileskaart zodat we niet meer konden inloggen of onze punten verzilveren. In samenwerking met de klantenservice alles in orde kunnen brengen. Dank jullie wel dames.

Why must I wait 4 months for bonus miles to be added to my account? The June bonus award is "fill with Shell gas 4 times and receive 100 miles". I filled up with Shell gas 5 times, yet as of Aug.28, 2024, I have not received my 100 miles.

Ben bij de Praxis afrekenen ik zie op de site dat ik ruim 8000 Air Miles heb staan, maar kan maar 800 inzetten voor korting.

Belachelijk... doe een aankoop van €334 en krijg een paar euro korting, maar moet mijn overige Air Miles wel opmaken want anders verlopen ze in 6 weken.

Wat een afzetterij, tank al jaren dure benzine, denk je wat gespaard te hebben zeg...

Unfortunately things have taken a downturn since BMO took over for sure! Yes bad customer service like a lot of places. Canned answers. We had a decision to make last year to decide where to focus since Amex got out of Airmiles but we decided to stick with it since it worked well for us previous years. READ the fine print Onyx people! It says “up to 40%” off flights but that can also mean 0%. After they suddenly raised the number of miles required for my trip by 3500 (for 2 people) i was super mad. Onux collector had the miles up by 4000 miles up per person this year from last year! But hey my blue card friend checked what it would cost her…..yup….exact same number of miles. Maybe they have one flight to no where that is 40% off. But all the rest 0% !!! We need to rethink BMO, Airmiles, Shell fuel etc. and find a better card. This was not recommended as one of the better ones but we tried and nope !

1) Site uiterst onvriendelijk in gebruik, zeer verwarrend en onprofessioneel!

2) Je spaart lang voor een bepaald product - aantal Miles 29995 - Wat blijkt; product nu te krijgen voor 995 Miles - bijbetalen 199,- Ik ben verbijsterd.
Dit beschouw ik als een verkapte vorm van oplichting.

Na 5dgn nog niet geleverd. Contact gehad: we zijn verder gegaan met een andere leverancier. Duurt langer. Plot dag later 1 set binnen maar wel in een andere kleur. Twrug sturen kan en opnieuw bestellen zeggen ze. Nu zijn ze plots 2x zo duur bij hun nwe leverancier. Niet ons probleem zegt airmilesshop. We wachten nog steeds oo de 2de levering 3 weken verder ipv 5 dgn. Ze bieden geen oplossing. Wij hebben een deal met airmilesshop gedaan en niet met de leverancier. Bij de beztelling waren beide in voorraad en geen opmerking van we stoppen ermee etc. Zeer kwalelijke zaak bij airmilesshop

Worse than terrible customer service. I booked a rental car plus insurance. The “travel documents did not include any confirmation or information about the insurance. After 1.5 hours on hold I had to hang up. Chat buddy was no help. Tried calling and chat buddy a second time. Was put on hold for both chat buddy and phone. This time had a call back option for phone. The call back was 3 hours later and the system didn’t work when I pressed 1 to be put through. After 3 failed attempts they hung up. They called again but the number still didn’t work. Called a third time and if I wanted to be called back it would be the following week (5 days later) I had to press 3. Although this would be too late to help with receiving documents on time I pressed 3 so I could finally speak to a live person to lodge a complaint. Again it didn’t work when I pressed 3. What would happen if I needed to access that insurance because of an accident? And these waits and phone calls were a total inconvenience. This is unacceptable and I will be telling everyone I can not to deal with this incompetent company.

I used Airmiles to order plane tickets online. Once ordered I realized I had ordered a ticket type that would not allow me to select seat selection. The only way to cancel flights (which is a legal right within 24 hrs) you have to call. You cannot cancel online, and cannot cancel with the chat service. I called right away around 7pm (they are open until 10pm ET) and the auto answering said due to higher than normal call volume they were not accepting calls anymore that evening and hung up on me. Given I only have 24 hrs to cancel I called right away at 8am ET (when they open) the next day. I was on hold for an hour before I had to hang up for work calls. I called back around 10am and spent another 45 minutes on hold. I had to hang up again. I have now been on hold for 1 hr and 45 minutes (around 5pm). Is there any recourse if I fall outside my 24 hr cancellation window due to abhorrent customer service and insidious wait times from Air Miles?! I feel like I am set up to fail here. Will never use air Miles to book flights again.

Buiten het feit dat alles sowieso al veel duurder als dat je het elders koopt moet je nu voor 90% telkens bijna het hele bedrag bijbetalen…dus waarvoor nog sparen,airmiles is flink achteruit gegaan!

Ze geven steeds minder airmiles AH vanaf 2.50 euro Shell is ook steeds Zuiniger met airmiles geven.
5 jaar geleden kon je ongeveer 1 cent per airmiles besteden nu is het 0,5 cent ongeveer.

De spaarder krijgt dus steeds minder maar wie krijgt er heel veel meer ? Meneer Airmiles?

Login is always broken, giving me 'internal server error'. In the process of me trying many times, Airmiles locked my account. So I phoned Airmiles customer 'service' for help and spent more than 2 hours forced to listen to their messages over and over, driving me nuts, then finally got a clerk who told me I must send a copy of my government ID to them and then wait 10 business days. But this will not solve their 'internal server' problem. And btw, when I asked the clerk if there was a way to get through without such long waits being tortured by their messages, she said 'No, it's always busy, it's been like this for 6 months'.
When they had Safeway on board, Airmiles wasn't such a mess. But now it's hard to get points and their service is a disaster. I'm not sending them my ID, just throwing out their card. It's just not worth the hassle to deal with their chaos.
