Levi and Jonny have been absolutely fantastic in managing our property as Air B and B. They took charge of the whole process from obtaining the license to managing the property and dealing with guests. Could not recommend highly enough:)

Jonny and Levi have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are super reliable and trustworthy. We feel comfortable leaving our property to their care and feel they are worth every penny.

It feels as though we are part of one team and since using them we have had constant 5 stars. They go above and beyond to support us as fellow hosts.

After making the decision to accept a job overseas we made the decision to keep our family home in Edinburgh.

Unsure whether to do short term lets or standard rental leases I contacted the Aire Spaces STL Property Management Team along with some other companies.

Straight away at the initial meeting with the Aire Space management team we could tell this company were knowledge, professional, caring and shared lots of industry knowledge that helped make our decision.

Once this decision to appoint Aire Spaces was made the team, Levi and Jonny in particular, helped us stage by stage. They were instrumental in us first gaining the council approval/Licence and setting up the property, doing the necessary/mandatory property inspections/checks.

We have since moved away and to date we have had our first 4 guests/bookings and it’s been seamless for us. Communication has been first class, not just with us, but with our neighbours etc.

First four bookings done and pleased to say four 5 ⭐️ reviews

Would not hesitate in recommending Aire Spaces to anyone considering using their property for STL or for anyone currently doing this but receiving a poor service from their current provider.

So great to be able to trust Aire Spaces with my beloved home - not easy, but Levi and Jonny communicate so well with me while I am overseas and are stringent with house checks which makes me confident in thier management. I really like how they respect my boundaries and wishes - I can change my mind on something or ask to do something differently and they always offer good advice and make adjustments. Handy, also, to have their experience and expertise on pricing and trends. I never thought my rental could be so successful!
