Received a great service from The Air Conditioning Company, from start to finish. The air conditioning units recommended work especially well, cooling the room from unbearable to comfortable in minutes. The units themselves were fitted neatly and quickly, workers were polite, friendly and took pride in their work, then cleaned up, tested the units to my satisfaction and left with any rubbish.

The engineers which attended our property in Bexleyheath - Aaron and Mark - were OUTSTANDING. Having waited weeks for an appointment (the first of which was cancelled on the day - no phone call just an email), we finally got our air conditioning unit fixed. Aaron immediately knew what the problem would be (the cut off switch outside), and he fixed it straight away. It turns out that the wiring was incorrectly positioned which let water in, and shorted out the electrics. Aaron is indeed a credit to Air Con Co, as well as Mark. I am very happy with the engineer visit but not happy with the service received from your office, which is a shame, as we also have our business air con contract with you! So, in a nutshell WELL DONE AARON AND MARK - you are fab!! Not so well done office team :-(

The service visit was great, the engineers were quick, efficient and polite and we were provided with all the information we required.

We had 4 rooms with A/C and the design team worked on a number of solutions to get the most cost efficient solution. The installation team were very helpful and accommodating and made sure the final result was exactly as we wanted

What an amazing company, they were quick to reply, and were very informative about the service I needed. We needed an air conditioning unit for my disabled bed bound daughter, as the heat that has been happening makes her very unwell. I contacted Oliver and was able to fit her air conditioning unit very quickly. Thank you air conditioning solutions. I would recommend this company a 100 times over 👍

Used them twice. Fast, high quality and good to work with! Don't bother with the insurance it's way too expensive otherwise excellent.

The engineer for the first annual service of our AC units was prompt and efficient, phoning to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time and efficiently and cleanly carried out his work whilst answering the questions we asked. We have been extremely pleased with the work of all the Airconco people from the start and would be happy to recommend them to new customers.

Installation engineer was very professional and understood customer needs. Smooth sailing of the installation process. Unit purchased is excellent works brilliantly and looks sleek.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Engineers are rude and no nothing about the trade. Overpriced, scamming company. Do not use.

I asked about equipment that I had that had deteriorated over a number of years. Silvia was able to track the item and kindly replaced the old ones and sent out new ones. It as very much appreciated and the professionalism was evident.

We had Air Con Hose Pipes over 10 years and was pleasantly surprised that they could be replaced with the existing unit.

To Add we were not charged for this service.

Silvia and Jordan helped me with arranging my service through the PPM program, which helps us keep the warranty in place for the AC units.
