I placed an order on the 17th of April with international shipping. I got a call from Leanne the same day saying there was an error in the order form and that they do not offer free international shipping. She said she would have to cancel the order and I agreed. I have an automatically generated transcript and a recording of this.

I checked the order status 3 days later and it still wasn’t showing “cancelled” or “refund initiated”. So I emailed them asking if everything was ok. Leanne had lead me to believe she would cancel it right away. That was not the case. 2 days after I raised a ticket thinking I might receive a reply faster that way. I sent another email again 3 days later. 3 more days later I raised another ticket to the refund department. It has now been 14 days, exactly 2 weeks, since I placed the order and talked with Leanne. I have not received any reply anywhere. Too bad 10 years with Dinair has come to this. I will not be supporting any company that takes my money and doesn’t reply or refund it as promised for 2 full weeks.

I have been using Dinair for almost 6 years, my initial purchase was direct from Dinair Airbrush Makeup in the States. The airbrushes, water based makeup are everything Dinair claim and so much more. They even have portable rechargeable airbrush machines, amazing. The make up goes on smoothly and can take me from a natural look to full slap in minutes with a quick breeze from my airbrush. Dinair know they're good! The bad side for me, living in Australia, is the freight from the States... its long, its boring and it is almost as expensive as an airbrush set. Had the international freighters had my goods to me in 4-5 days, it wouldn't be so bad but 2-3 weeks they are letting Dinair down.
To my delight, Dinair has a distributer here in Australia at Casper & Lewis. Tim Casper looks after his clients and I do receive my items in 4 - 5 days. Casper Lewis sell the most popular items Dinair has to offer, at a very competitive price with free delivery based on order value. During the year they also offer VIP membership that provides a generous discount on purchases.
