This company is no good they advertise beautiful cotton quilted laundry baskets and send crap their 70 % off price still cost me $106.22 their customer service team is rude & condescending, saying their advertising states “close to description” asking fir tacking numbers & things they already know to deter customers finally offering 15% discount on next purchase I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!

Garish colors, screened print, and not one single quilted element. I contacted Aiorrax explained what had happened and within the day it had been sorted. Great customer service, great experience and so pleased my return was sorted.

I purchased 3 quilted laundry baskets from the Aiorrax website. The pictures showed a nice quilted fabric with beautiful patterns. The product description stated “quilted” several times and the fabric was described a soft Jetiy poly cotton. This description was completely inaccurate & I believe fraudulent. The product I received was a stiff Oxford fabric with a graphic printed design. I later found the same baskets from the same company on other sites. The pictures & descriptions on Amazon are accurate & representative of the product I received, both with pictures & description of a printed Oxford fabric. But I did not order thru Amazon. Another site shows the same misrepresented pictures of a quilted basket, but the description is accurate with Oxford fabric & printed. The discrepancy in pictures & descriptions between the products on the company site vs other websites show awareness & intent to mislead customers on the company site. I communicated with their customer service & explained my dissatisfaction, providing detailed pictures & SKU code as requested. They have refused a return/refund because their description stated there may be slight variation. I could expect a slight variation in stitching or pattern, not a completely different fabric and product as described. Aiorrax is intentionally misleading and fraudulent in their advertising on their website site.

The products (quilted laundry basket) are lovely in the pictures and appear to have a 3D dimension on a lot of them. However, when you get the product, there is absolutely no dimension. Just flat quilting. That is disappointing. My 2nd order I was overcharged considerably; not in accord with their sale price. Back and forth with support ...dozens of emails where they refused to acknowledge overcharge, and kept offering $5, then $10 on future orders. Finally had to cancel the order. Would not every deal with them again.

They have had my payment for 3 weeks and still aren’t giving me a clear shipment or delivery date. 3 emails and word salad answers. I’m cancelling today before they send it as i suspect poor quality after reading the reviews here.

This company is a scam. I ordered a quilted laundry basket. It specified QUILTED. All the pictures showed quilted. What a received (after several weeks) was an ugly bag that wasn’t quilted at all. It was cheap looking and I won’t be able to use it as a gift. When I look at returning, there’s more scamming. I would have to pay return shipping and a 5% restocking fee IF they approve my return. They have 3 days to decide. It has to be in original packaging but the cheap cellophane riips when you take the bag out. Don’t EVER order from this company. I will never do so again. And I’m out over $40! Shameful!

The laundry basket I ordered was a printed photo of the item that was advertised. There was no quilting, no embroidery, as the ad specified. When I tried to return, they suggested I donate it, as the return postage would be my responsibility. Terrible company.

I ordered one of the sheep themed baskets and pay paid nearly $50 for it. After a two week weight I finally received it and was so disappointed. Do not waste your money on these items. What was supposed to be a fluffy 3-D type graphic was nothing but print on ugly canvas. I’ve sent an email to the company asking for the possibility of a refund and to return the product. I will never order anything like this again, and I strongly advise everyone to pass this up.

I am sick about this and furious at being taken advantage of. One thing I learned, I will definitely check the reviews on anything going forward that I order off-line! Although after this experience, I may not do that anymore.

If I could give them a ZERO STAR rating I would! This company is a scam! After 40 emails I at least got some of my money back. There is NOTHING quilted about these bags or hampers. It's cheap material, not a stitch of quilting and the videos aren't just misleading, but fake to the inth degree. DO NOT FALL for it! I am going to post a review on every social media outlet I can.

I ordered 2 laundry hampers, beautiful designs that were 3 dimensional and described as quilted. When they arrived, they were printed designs--no quilting at all. I decided to keep them, because the printed designs were well-done, and the hampers were quite sturdy. I was not planning to use them for laundry, but as storage containers for quilts, etc.

Dishonest about what they are selling. Products you get will not match the description and will be much lower quality than pictured.

I paid over $50 for one of their "quilted" laundry baskets. It is NOTHING AT ALL like the description. It's a cheap looking print on canvas and not the beautiful, quilted product advertised on their site.

The product was not at all like the website. It was supposed to be a quilted laundry basket. It was beautiful on the website, but the product I got was not quilted at all, but a photograph of quilted fabric. I have contacted them several times to get a return authorization and although they respond quickly, they are making excuses and giving me a return. The last letter told me I should give it to a friend since I didn't like it.

Like others, I ordered a quilted purse and received a canvas bag. ZENDESK is the scam (AIORRAX) company’s AI. I would be cautious any time they are the AI any company is using. They, too, may be scam companies. Someone should look into Zendesk, too.

Total scam. Took two months to arrive. The written description in the ads says “quilted” more than once. The item I received is just a printed piece of fabric, no stitching whatsoever that resembles “quilting”.
Lesson learned. Do not buy from ads on social media or that play during games, videos etc.

I ordered a (Quilted) laundry bag now I received a canvas photo copied bag.. wish I was smart enough to have read these reviews before ordering! There is nothing quilted way canvas can be quilted and they stated they were sorry about my being upset about the lack of seams!! What no! Upset about the lack of quilting! Please do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company!! PLEASE!!!

Ordered a "QUILTED tote bag but it came as a "CANVAS Bag" Disgusted how these companies get away with false advertising

The "baskets" I got were not like they were pictured. They had pictures printed on some plastic fabric, not quilted on cotton. I contacted them immediately and was told they were sorry I was not happy with the product, to keep them and they would refund 15% or give me 15% off my next order but I would never order again. I said that wasn't acceptable and was offered a 20% refund which still wasn't acceptable and said if they didn't refund it all I would contact our credit card company. I never heard back and our credit card company refunded the charge.

CONSUMER BEWARE: Aiorrax marketed a fabric quilted laundry bag in really cute designs on social media. In 3-4 weeks, I received heavy vinyl bags with pictures of those quilted designs on them. If I attempted to return them, I realize that this company is in Hong Kong, with heavy shipping return fees born by the consumer, and there's no guarantee that a repayment will really happen. I'm sorry I tried to do business with this company. (And I also note that the same bags are offered by overseas companies with different names.....so beware).
