The story of ainslie + ainslie NIGHT POWDER began in 2020, when during the Covid pandemic Sir Ben Ainslie’s sailing team, were required to compete in the 36th America’s Cup in New Zealand. Getting there, operating there, performing there meant no one could afford to get sick. The athletes were provided with a supplementation programme to support sleep and optimise recovery. Working with the body’s natural circadian rhythms to boost immunity and maximise performance the athletes had what they needed, when they needed it most.
Ben’s wife, the broadcaster Georgie Ainslie, saw this approach first-hand and it raised a question.
If this worked in the toughest of sporting environments, where athletes are required to be both mentally and physically sharp in order to work, train and compete day in, day out, then why couldn’t it work for the rest of us too?
After all, it’s not just elite athletes who care about performance. We all have our own standards we want to hit daily and too often we are trying to do that on rubbish sleep and poor recovery.
Ben and Georgie could see how sports science-led thinking and supplementation could benefit anyone who wants to feel and perform better.
It is designed for athletes but it’s made for everyone.

It’s a brilliant product…
It’s a brilliant product, I swim train 6x a week and without doubt has helped me to recover overnight ready for that alarm to go off the following 4.50am!! Being 57 years old we need every thing …!

A game changer!
I'm an endurance athlete and have noticed a huge difference since taking the DAY and NIGHT powders. I sleep better, recover faster, and I have more energy. Improved sleep - used for over a year
I’ve been using this supplement for about a year and the Night powder is incredible. I’m not 100% sold on the Day powder taste but I definitely do feel the benefits of it. The team there are just incredible and they always go out of their way to take care of me - I can’t see myself ever not using their products.

Didn't work for me, and mornings I felt worse
I ordered the 7 day trail of the night powder, I'm afraid it didn't work for me, in fact it made me feel worse. I didn't sleep as well, but the main issue is In the mornings, I had headaches, and had a very foggy head, and felt lethargic. After 3 nights trying have had to stop

Excellent customer service, delicious cherry flavour.
I bought from Ainslie + Ainslie for several months. One month the box arrive empty, but a quick video to the customer services team, and a replacement was quickly dispatched. I don't take the night powders every night as I'm particularly sensitive to the high magnesium content, but when I need to sleep, it's the first thing I turn to. Worth mentioning too that it dissipates very quickly, there's no gritty residue, and the cherry flavour is delicious.

My delivery went missing and got returned but a replacement package was sent and delivered really quickly. I like the taste of the night powder - yet to observe any impact but I have been really ill with a cold since I started taking it, so will update on impact in due course
