I should have read reviews on this company before purchasing. This is the second horrible experience I’ve had making purchases through YouTube advertisements. They have my money, I have no product.

If I can give a rating of -5, I would. I ordered a simulated bird cat toy, and it was a total scam. The toy couldn’t be charged or turned on. Money down the drain.

Do not buy from this company! The return policy is a hack, I received my package once in way before the 14 day mark, the items didn’t fit. I emailed about 4-5 times, got a respond days later. They offered to give a discount for you to stay with the items that don’t work, and offer no refund or return. They even ask you to sell it, if it doesn’t work. I was Sooo disappointed cause they’re using Oprah as the spokes person and this is not a good company!

Ordered the radiant toothpaste..... immediately had buyers remorse, so I cancelled right away...within minutes of placing the order. No response to my email. None.
I sent a 2nd email....they told me it has been sent, so couldn't cancel per terms of contract. Lol...nope! I sent them email stating that I cancelled WELL BEFORE the item was shipped. No response. A $9.99 item became a total of $28. And change!? No phone number for customer service! None. This happened Oct. 11th. Still no product. Still no refund. Worst, WORST COMPANY ONLINE! STAY AWAY! Or go to Amazon. At the very least, compare prices on Amazon to this lamo company! Pathetic. Absolutely bad!

I ordered an "enhanced " version of this toy moving cat toy. In the ad they show it flying out of a box seeming to fly around on its own. The original one at least moved it's wings. This one makes a little chirping noise. Doesn't move and is a total Scam and absolutely not at all as described.

Don't buy the translation earphones they are just normal earphones Ailsion are SCAMMERS, They come with small display screens so don't be fooled by that some features but doesn't connect to the app or internet either absolute trash.

WARNING, Ailsion, will NOT RESPOND TO BILLING ISSUES!! This company will advertise FREE SHIPPING, than you will get charged SHIPPING AS WELL AS A SHIPPING INSURANCE FEE! The product DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME EITHER! When you contact their customer service by email, YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE! Your BEST OPTION, Find a different company to order the product from! BTW, Their Rating has 74% 1 Star Ratings, That should be a HUGE RED FLAG and why anyone reading this should NOT BUY FROM Ailsion EVER!!!!

The Mobile Pocket Wallet was better than I expected, great condition. Very good! Product arrived quickly and was exactly as described.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered two pairs of pants in "tall". They came in and were too short. I requested a return label and they told me to reorder them in the correct size (Um, there is nothing longer than the "tall) AND told me to gift them to someone else. I was so frustrated with them. Do NOT order from this place.

lied about products description. they told me they were sorry that I wasn't happy *not sorry about lying i want to add. they refuse to give me full refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

Ordered knee-outdoor lanterns. They are actually hand-sized and 3 cost me $108.00. Scammed!!

They are Scam, i purchased 4 bottles of Stubborn stain cleaner for $54, its coming from china. very small bottles and may be less than 50 ml solution and doesn’t work. even a very mild residue can’t clean. Refund policy Sucks. they said mail back to china address and than they will see if they refund or not, it’s totally Scam, Do not buy their product,

I Ordered 62.00 dollars worth of spray car wax and didn't received it. Tracking number didn't work and emails contacting them were unanswered. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!

Excellent store for finding reasonably priced, high-quality products. I frequently place orders from them and have been a client for approximately nine months.

Please warn potential buyers that this company is likely a scam. Their emails evade direct questions and provide unusable links. I have sent three emails to their customer service address and received two replies that are exactly the same. The emails even have the same non-working link, which you’d think they might change since I wrote them about the link in the first email.

Ordered some spray wax for vehicles. Ailsion sent me tracking info but the tracking number link could not be accessed. Also said my package was delivered but not by what courier or to any address. Also said (after I complained ) that they would return my money (not expected) so now I will try to get my $$$ returned by MasterCard and see if MC will conduct an investigation and cut them off from using their service.

Everything has always been as described and just what I wanted. Try them and you will be hooked on this fabulous way!
