This process was very difficult
This process was very difficult and lengthy - in particular the need for a phone call with my superior - and I had a lot of issues with getting onto the actual program. The course itself met the requirements and I thank you for my qualification.

The call with your supervisor (Workplace Observation) is a Government requirement to verify your skills (all online providers are required to do this step).
