I hadn't heard of Ahoy and stumbled upon them through a sailing chat room.
Their application process was clear and straight forward and they answered any questions I had promptly. Which wasn't the case for a competitor.
They were also priced competitively which made the decision much easier.

Getting the insurance was easy.
I would have given a 5 star but getting pictures for the app is a difficult since the boat is in the water. 30 days is just to short of time to do it.

When calling this time to check how our payment could be processed. We got attitude about it and even told the wrong amount over the phone and charged $20 more even though we are set up for auto payment. You guys had been doing ok. But sometime when you call your staff can be less then desirable to speak with at times.

And... we do have plans to enrich the MyAhoy! section on the website and the mobile app in the near future, including with the ability to see billing details, soon.
