Peter (so patient and efficient too) and the team made the whole process of selecting and installing Mum's walk-in shower very easy. The design was very appropriate/safe for restricted mobility and the final result looks super smart as well as functional. Special thanks to all the fitters involved, in particular Jonatan and Joanna, exceptionally friendly, neat and tidy workers who even arrived with cake for Mum on the first day. Exceptional. Very happy customers.

Updated the bathroom from bath to walk-in shower. Made a few changes from the original quote to a shower made more user friendly with both extra space and grab rails. Michael and Richard, the fitters, were very helpful with the changes and knowledgeable about extra fittings and we are very pleased with the outcome. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. An excellent finish to the shower itself, and they even managed to box round the original shelving alcove so we didn’t lose valuable space. We would definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish working with this company has been a blessing!! Intially visiting their showroom to the quotation stage and the install nothing has been too much trouble,they all helped answering our questions and queries with utmost patience and such a professional attitude. Special mention must go to Anne in her showroom role, Paul for his advice on the costings and installation and finally last but not least Warren our installer, whose work was to the highest standard, the finished bathroom exceeds our expectations!!

Firstly we now have a lovely, easy to use walk in shower. Compared to quotes from local companies AHM do not completely renovate your bathroom as decorating is not included. This is important as the best time to paint walls is once the room has been stripped so new furniture can be fitted to a prepared newly painted wall. I had to try and paint the walls inbetween installation which was very difficult for me. They provide the major items of furniture but don't offer accessories such as shelves cabinets or any of the little things you will need. The big advantages with AHM is if you can find everything you want it all arrives from one supplier any problems arising are dealt with AHM. So they don't offer a complete service with a extended range of options, but we do have a lovely bathroom.
I have now read the reply posted from AHM and much of what they have written is a lie. I contacted Peter my AHM rep who provided our original quote of £17000 which after I had not contacted them to further discuss the quote sent a modified quote for £10000+. We had decided to accept the modified quote. However it occurred to me no mention had been made about painting the walls. Peter said he would contact me after the weekend to chat about painting the walls. I never heard from Peter again and I never received an additional quote for painting the walls which despite have shaky hands and two arthritic knees struggled to paint the walls myself. Whilst overall Mike made a pretty decent job there were a few small things which weren't quite right which I reported to AHM. I hadn't heard from them, when several days later our doorbell rang and a chap from AHM arrived with no warning saying he had called to rectify the issues we weren't happy with. So to summarise where we are with AHM we are happy with the bathroom we ended up with. I'm personally not happy that no mention was made of not making good and not painting the walls. Peter never did contact me to discuss the painting and no second quote was EVER sent for the painting. I know it looks good for a company to respond to criticism but to do so without being truthful only creates a problem from constructive truthful comments which they invited me to provide.

Good communication from start to finish and an excellent installation carried out by Dan Casey which was completed to a high standard and in a professional manner. I would definitely use/recommend this company in future.

What a great firm, everything was done to exactly what I wanted. Barry, the fitter was on time, very polite, and a very good installer. Prices were very reasonable and lower than my other quotes, and there was no pressure. Well done AHM. Would recommend this firm.

The work carried out from the beginning to the end is very smooth and efficient. In particular, Mr Dan Casey is very efficient. He carried out the work slightly earlier than expected. It is a shame that the Grab Rails didn't arrive in time. He cleaned up the work at the end of the day and left the place tidy.

A pleasant organisation to deal with, their professional approach took into account aspects of our bathroom we wished to keep and the plumber/tiler completed the work superbly. Would recommend AHM to anyone wanting a walk-in shower.

Having a new walk in shower fitted when old one was removed. AHM sent Wayne Hallam, he worked so hard to complete the massive task to remove old one and fit new over the 4 days, at the end of each full working day, he cleared and cleaned the area, for us to use the other facilities.

AHM Installations proved to be an excellent choice for a complete bathroom renovation. From our first appointment with Phil to our bathroom expert Dale, we received nothing but good advice, lots of choice and superb work. Dale was a professional worker, always neat, tidy, and caring about the rest of our house. Dominique, in the office, was always at the end of the phone, always helpful. We would therefore recommend this company very highly.

It was a real pleasure to have Mike, the fitter, working in the house. He was polite, very tidy, understanding and worked really hard. His expertise was invaluable, solving any issues that came up, and he produced an excellent finish to everything. Can't praise him enough. A very good company indeed.

We recently chose AHM Installations to reconfigure our bathroom, replacing our old bath with a walk-in shower, new basin, toilet, ceiling panels with sunken lights, and new flooring. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism.
​Our initial meeting with Craig Palmer set a great tone; he was prompt, informative, and immediately respectful of our home by removing his shoes. He explained our options in detail without any "hard sell," focusing specifically on the safest configuration for our needs. While AHM was not the cheapest quote we received, we commissioned them because of this initial expertise and the lack of high-pressure sales tactics.
​The installation process was equally impressive. Our fitter, Barry Feasey, was incredibly considerate. He took great care to lay floor coverings and kept us updated on his progress daily. This was especially important to us as my husband has Parkinson’s; Barry’s clear communication and tidy work habits made the inevitable upheaval of a renovation much more bearable for him.
​Whenever minor issues arose, the support from the office was outstanding. I dealt with Dominique Thorley, who was consistently calming, understanding, and incredibly helpful. No email or call went unanswered, and she ensured everything was resolved immediately.

They have just fitted me a walk in shower which I am very pleased with. The fitter Danny was on time,knowledgeable and pleasant. The house was left clean and tidy.

From the moment I first rang AHM Instalations to enquire if they were able to replace my old shower cubicle for an up to date model, I have been spoken to by very pleasant members of staff. The home surveyor listened to my needs & offered realistic options, gave me an estimate & the quote was with me very quickly, which I was not pressurised into accepting. When I was ready to accept the quote I was again greeted by friendly staff, a date for the installation was offered & on the set date a very pleasant 'fitter' Wayne, arrived on time, introduced himself, & got on with the job without fuss, keeping the work area tidy as he worked. Communication was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Danny completed the installation. He was professional, extremely hard working and did an excellent job. A grotty bathroom was transformed into an amazing accessible shower room. I was thrilled with the end result.
