Had outstanding tour guide in Pauline. Everything worked as expected. I would suggest this tour start and end in Dublin as Shannon is very hard to connect to with airlines.

The trip was wonderful. Our tour guide was excellent, very friendly, cheerful,and very knowledgeable. Pauline was informed , organized and very concerned about everyone's comfort and needs.
Anthony was our driver and was very good. He gave us a great deal of information about to country and all the wonderful locations we visited. Pauline and Anthony were an excellent team and made our trip such a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend AHI to anyone wanting to travel and tour in comfort and ease. Great job and we are looking forward to another adventure with AHI Travel.

All of the details are taken care of, from start to finish. Communication is excellent throughout the process, including with pre and post stays. I appreciate knowing what any additional costs may be (i.e. tipping) and being given a charger that will work in whichever countries. Excursions are always excellent - hitting the highlights but adding other special events. Food and lodging are always very nice. The guides are always fantastic - informative, helpful, and great ambassadors.

As you know, the low levels on the Danube cut the cruise portion of the trip short. While on the ship everything was great and as advertised. When we had to transition to a bus tour the mood changed. The unpack once convenience of cruising was gone and we had to live out of our suitcases.The long bus rides were not enjoyable and the standard of meals and accommodations dropped significantly. Particularly unpleasing was the 25 Hour hotel in Vienna. The AHI staff did admirably in spite of the situation. Unfortunately first time guests were understandably disappointed.

I took the AHI Athens to Kalamata, Greece trip in early October and it was fantastic!! Excellent hotels, transportation, meals and guides! The lectures were informative, the site visits were excellent and our personal guide every day, Marie, was one of the most kind, caring and personable women I have ever met. Highly recommend AHI!! Thank you for my first trip abroad - it was amazing!!

We have been on 6 trips with AHI. The experiences have been fantastic and the tour guides...THE BEST!
Our first trip to Colmar got us so excited by the professional and PERSONAL attention that we vowed to take more trips. And we have, and we will continue to travel with AHI. The guides have become friends who we trust will helping us find trips we know will be amazing!

You market this as alumni friendly but it is not just someone's university, undisclosed (perhaps in super fine print somewhere) is that there are various universities lumped together, instead of one's own university. Additionally, your company strongly suggests that one obtains traveling insurance, which I don't oppose but that becomes the crutch for AHI Travel to step away and not take responsibility for someone who has to late minute cancel. You keep all the money without providing a service or product and justify it with the "pitched" travel insurance. If you don't provide a service, you don't deserve the money. I am deeply troubled by your reaction and response to my not being able to travel at last minute, due to an injury.

Great location. Exciting, varied, interesting and diverse itinerary. Great tour director - Christophe Baldo is fabulous! My friends and I would go on any tour with him. Great tour guides - informative and interesting.

The Athens Kalamata tour exceeded my expectations. The guide Marie was terrific. Knowledgeable and friendly. All tour days were filled with interesting activities. Small group size was perfect. Hotel in Kalamata, right on the ocean was so comfortable. The hotel in Athens was very tired, rooms small and not so clean. I'd look for another.

Enjoyed the trip. Didn’t like that we had to travel by bus each day to tours from
St Moritz and Stresa, but we booked and should have thought about it. A lot of time spend on bus each day. Group dinner in St Moritz at our hotel was not impressive.
Tour Director was nice.

Was a small group (26-28) and a well planned trip. Everyone involved were very friendly and helpful. Never use to go on group tours but after this AHI experience would definitely use them again. Informative and entertaining with a good mix of free time and scheduled events.

Our trip was very well planned. All transports and excursions were on time. Hotels were very nice (2 of the 3 were great). Staying in one hotel for two or three nights is a must as it gives you a chance to relax. Planned meals were excellent, including meeting the dietary needs of several of the travelers. Would recommend AHI.

Our second trip with AHI and it was once again flawless! From booking, to travel, tour guides and itinerary, we could not be more pleased. Moreover, we are already looking at the catalog for our next adventure with AHI and UC Davis Aggie Adventures.

This is a great company. I have traveled with them many times. They are organized, have terrific guides and tour directors, make accommodations for any occurrence, and anticipate those occurrences before they happen.

The travel director, Daniel Duran Duelt, was exceptional. Efficient, professional and very affable. He was unflappable in the face of potential problems.

The tour was also well-planned with interesting locales and experiences.

I received a email the week before departure that completely changed the itinerary. They did not offer a refund, only a credit toward a future trip. We spent several dozen hours in a bus when we were supposed to be on a cruise ship/boat. Their excuse was low elevation on the Danube that I found out later has been a problem all summer. I have spent ten of thousands of dollars with AHI but I will never allow them to scam me again.

Too many hours spent on buses.
We stopped for one hour, after our ferry ride, took a train up to the city,
JUST to pee.
You need to transport the people as soon as possible to their final destination
After that once settled, we had 2-3 hour bus rides to get us the other various destinations.
The people who pay for this trip are quite affluent, as well as seniors. Some have mobility issues
The hotel in Taormina was dated, no restaurant.
The uphill struggle from the hotel to the main road was at least at a long 45 degree angle. Not suitable for your target group.
Never again!

Where was the JAZZ. Schedule changed to many times.
Felt more like a sales job by some speakers. Or last mint fill ins.
Shame on William and Mary.
