If I could give zero stars I would, I have now booked a blood test at 4 different locations this week and all been cancelled for either someone has called in sick or the phlebotomist doesn’t work that day but they are quick enough to take the deposit for the appointment and you can still continue to book an appointment on for the day they don’t work. Absolute horror show

Was seen by an amazing person Indre in the Thurso branch amd sorted all my needs for my trip away

This is for linwood branch in Paisley scotland

I am blown away with the service I have received in this branch I have a condition thats very embarrassing for me and cant be fixed and they have provided me with medication for it.

All I can say is they provide a provide a professional, caring, personal and empathetic service and they have been nothing but amazing

They have always treated me with respect and dignity and I trust them

The girls Alysha and Megan are an absolute credit to your company

I also went in with really really bad acid and the pharmacist on the day ken was absolutely amazing and I mean Amazing provided me with omeprozole and liquid anti acid and its been a god send and was gone almost straight away

Had my ear wax removed today by Corrine in the Thurso shop. She explained everything during the procedure, wax removed very efficiently and good advice on after care. A very professional, friendly lady who I would recommend.

St George’s cross branch is really friendly and helpful. They do everything in their power to actually help me. Heather priyanca Kara noorian Linda have all helped me and went above and beyond

i went in today with a bad ear infection and was treated by lynn i was given advice and help with my ear very good would recommend

Popped in to the Linwood branch to get my bloods taken. My bloods were taken by Susan and she couldn't have been nicer. Gave me advice on next steps which is more than I've had in other places.

I wanted to leave a review for a woman who works in the pharmacy in bridge street linwood. Since using the pharmacy I honestly can’t thank Lynne enough. She goes over and above for both myself and my daughter anytime we’ve had to use the pharmacy. No matter how busy they are nothing is ever a hassle. Thanks so much Lynne & staff. Staff are sour-faced and not welcoming at all, the young friendly staff they used to have who would have a laugh, all left a long time ago. Would not recommend now even if it was the last pharmacy in the world. Also heard several things about one of the owners being a naughty-boy! 😒 Fall from grace

A big thank you to Corinne at the Thurso branch for her advice for loosening my stubborn ear wax and for a pain-free suctioning. Happy customer.

Uddingston branch tried to remove ear wax twice and left me deaf with a sore ear no refund for not doing the job unbelievable poor care

I had to visit the pharmacy for some blood work today and I was really happy with everything, was on time friendly and Joanne who took my bloods was an absolute pleasure to have her do it, she was really friendly and put me at ease.

Would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Visited today and ken the pharmacist had me examined and prescribed medication on the spot . Highly recommend for a fast friendly service

This pharmacy is such a helpful one, efficient and friendly. This week I had cryotherapy with Katey who had gone in specially on her day off and was superb as usual. I also had help from a pharmacist who explained they can help with so many different things and write prescriptions. I was given advice on allergies and a prescription. Great service..I wish we had this pharmacy where I live!
