Phone charger cable stopped working after a few months, no reply from them.

I bought a phone case and the "Eco-friendly phone charger cable" , the case broke just by trying to put it on my phone, and at least I got a partial refund. But then the cable stopped working after a bit over 6 months. It started having false-contact and it was impossible to rely on it charging my phone.
They brand it "Our multi-cable is hyper-fast, super versatile, and tangle-free. Made from recycled materials and for eternity, thanks to a lifetime warranty. Never buy another cable again." , so about never again, I can't really confirm, because I had to buy a new cable, elsewhere, of course, just 6 months later.

I also posted a review on their website some weeks ago, and they haven't published it...

I do not trust this company anymore, sadly that they do marketing as sustainable brand.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice

Ich habe meine Bestellung 5 Minuten nach Aufgabe per Mail storniert und auch eine zweite Mail hinterhergeschickt, bevor sie Versand wurde. Der Kundenservice hat die Bestellung trotzdem verschickt und will mir das Geld nicht zurückgeben.

Katastrophale Abwicklung. Eine Firma mit Öko-Touch versendet eine Handyhülle mit UPS, die dann nach 3 Wochen immer noch nicht angekommen ist und bietet lediglich eine Geld zurück Option. So verliert man potentielle, zukünftige Kunden.

Jag köpte en produkt med en förväntad…

Jag köpte en produkt med en förväntad på att den skulle komma inom 3 - 5 dagar, men efter fem dagar kontaktar jag de och undrar varför paketet inte är registrerat hos någon post ombud. Några timmar senare skickar de att de precis har bokat en frakt. Men när de inte har lämnat över paketet till ombud säger de att det beror på allt ledighet och hittar på olika anledningar och det tog 14 dagar innan den kom. Så rekommenderar inte detta företag, men deras tanke är bra.

Nicht zum empfehlen

Am 5. November über Telekom bestellt, am 5. Dezember versandt und bis heute nichts erhalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es Bestellung ist verloren gegangen. Immerhin habe ich das Geld zurückerhalten.

Finger weg von dieser billigen Firma! Ich warte seit exakt zwei Monaten auf die Bestellung. Laut Begründung: Paket ist zweimal verloren gegangen oder wurde wieder zurückversendet. Ich habe nun meine Versandkosten zurückgefordert. Ich stelle mir gleichzeitig die Frage, warum die deutsche Telekom mit solchen Unternehmen Deals eingeht. Lächerlich!

Viel zu lange Versandzeit

Also ich habe am 05.11.24 eine Bestellung einer Thermoflasche aufgegeben. Versandzeit hiess ein paar Tage. Dann wurde sie am 25.11.24 zur Versendung angemeldet, bisher Standpunkt 14.12.24 aber immer noch nicht abgegeben… Ich hoffe dass die noch ankommt ansonsten bin ich sehr enttäuscht…
Edit:
Die bestellte Flasche ist verloren gegangen und wurde kürzlich neu rausgeschickt, nun kam sie an und bin an sich auch zufrieden. Das es so lange gedauert hat war trotzdem enttäuschend.

Finger weg! Ich kann mich hier leider nur bei den schlechten Bewertungen einreihen: Artikel gekauft, für den ein Versand von 1-3 Werktagen angegeben wurde. Nach 2 Wochen immer noch keine Ware erhalten. Auf Nachfrage heißt es nun, dass „ein altes Lager aufgelöst werden und die ganze Ware nun in ein anderes Lager geschafft werden müsse“ und in den „nächsten Wochen“ mit einer Lieferung gerechnet werden könne. Äußerst seltsam und unprofessionell. Riecht leider so sehr nach Betrug, dass der Name der Firma unheimlich lustig erscheint.

Avoid If Shopping Outside of Sweden

Ordered stationary products to test for my business office. First time ordering from agood.

It appears to be stuck in a UPS warehouse in Jarfalla, Sweden, because the package is missing a commercial invoice. I am honestly shocked that the package could be missing such a basic shipping document to allow the package to leave the country and enter the United States - especially when express shipping was chosen and paid for.

Their customer service stated that everything was fine, but the carrier just hadn’t scanned it yet - Which was contrary to what UPS had stated. UPS states they have the package in the warehouse, but there is no commercial invoice attached. They are trying to reach out to agood to gain some sort of resolution so the package can be on its way.

In a second communication to their customer service, with a screenshot of what UPS is reporting; I have received no response, Not to mention, my order is sitting in a UPS warehouse awaiting export.

Going to have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Being that this is my first order with this company, this is not a good first impression. It will, however, be my last experience with them.

I have to say, from this experience, if you are outside of Sweden, avoid this company. It is blatantly obvious they don’t have their logistics in order.

Defect item, unhelpful customer support

I received a "humanium pen" as a goodbye gift from my employer when my previous position ended. The pen was faulty, and I tried to request a replacement pen from agood company. The company would hear nothing of it without an order number, which of course I didn't have since the pen was a gift. Eventually I managed to obtain this number and shared it with them, but received no reply. After a few weeks, I opened a new case of complaint, sending them the information again. They then claim to have offered a refund to my former employer who placed the order, which doesn't help me in the slightest. I never requested a refund, I requested a replacement pen. After yet another few weeks, having received no information, I wrote them again, only to learn they don't have the pens anymore. It was now about 4 months since my initial contact with the company about the faulty pen.

I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering gifts from this store at least, and keep any and all information related to any purchase made with them in case you need to make a complaint. I do enjoy the idea of their products but after this experience I don't see myself ever getting anything from them for any reason.

I received the wrong phone case size…

I received the wrong phone case size and they argued I chose the wrong case with the order, which I am not able to retrace. There is no working ordering confirmation when a placed the order. The link to view the made order in the order confirmation email does not work.
They advertise to have a money back guarantee for items that are not right fit etc. for first time purchases but argue it does not apply in my case. I am very disappointed and feel like the good image they try to convey is really scam to ship cheap items and defend their return policy by green washed claims but it is just badly organised and they don't have professional service in place. Don't make plastic items and ship internationally if you want to claim to be sustainable and a "good" company.

As many other I also experienced very late shipping and waiting for more 10 days to receive the item.

Nur Erleichterung, dass überhaupt noch etwas kam, für Freude kein Raum mehr.

Mir hat es überhaupt keinen Spaß gemacht, hier einzukaufen. Es standen 3-4 Tage bei der Lieferzeit. Nach 4 Tagen bekam ich einen Link zur Sendungsverfolgung, der nicht funktionierte. Der Link zur Rechnung generierte ebenfalls eine 404 Meldung. Nach zehn Tagen, die Bestellung war noch nicht eingetroffen, schickt ich eine Mail. Keine Reaktion. Nach 12 Tagen eine weitere mit der dringenden Bitte um Antwort. Keine Reaktion. Nach 14 Tagen kam die Bestellung bei mir an. Es ist nur Erleichterung, dass überhaupt etwas kam, für Freude kein Raum mehr. Ich werde hier nicht mehr kaufen.

Bought a transparent case for my iPhone 15 from agoodcompany, The same day i drop it from The sofa ( 30cm) and The conor shattered, and because The case is so compact around The phone, it cracked my phone screen asswell. Expensive, lettin’ dust in everywhere on the phone 0/5 - wierd name for a Company, when their products suck

Because Zero stars can’t be given! AVOID

Order placed 11 July 2024 with delivery promise or 2-7 days. Goods dispatched email received 12 July 2024. What that means, who knows because Deutsche Post didn’t receive the goods until 22 July 2024.

I’ve received all sorts of explanations / reasons via email none of which make any sense. Asking why a postage option with a “2-7 day delivery” hasn’t arrived after 10 days, the answer was: delivery can take 1-3 weeks. I replied to ask why they didn’t say that when an order is placed - they said - we’ll pass your comments on!

I’ve asked to cancel the order - they wouldn’t despite requesting within the legal cooling off period. I asked about returns and they give answers making no sense about sustainability (a label that seems to suit a multitude of excuses / reasons). Why do they not do free returns? Answer: sustainability …. So if you want to do a return you have to pay for it yourself. No idea how that relates to sustainability in any way.

In summary, can’t comment on their products because there is no sign of it 10 days after ordering. But the bad experience so far doesn’t leave me hopeful.

Purchased a Clear PRTCT case from Agood…

Purchased a Clear PRTCT case from Agood Company. It feels really solid, and comfortable to hold, with the camera area well-protected, and the buttons are really nice to press. I had the case for six months and it has not gone yellow, which i had that problem with my last case went yellow after a few months in the sunlight.

Schlechte Qualität, schlechter Service, aber „gutes Gewisssen“

Noch nie hatte ich so eine schlechte Onlineshopping Erfahrung: Zuerst wird vergessen, mein Produkt zu verschicken. Dann erhalte ich, auf Nachfrage, die Handyhülle zwei Wochen später und muss feststellen, dass sie nur billig aussieht und extrem kratzempfindlich ist. Für eine Retoure würden nun 10€ Rückversand fällig, die Hälfte des Produktwerts - auch eine Möglichkeit seine minderwertigen Produkte nicht zurücknehmen zu müssen… und das sowie die minderwertige Erscheinung werden nun sicher mit Ökologie begründet.

Untill now i am still waiting to get my money back!
