We recently used AG Fraser for a full boiler replacement and flue installation, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
Paul was brilliant throughout the process—he guided us through the quotes, patiently explained the options, coordinated all the appointments including the roofer, and promptly sent over all the warranty documents and compliance certificates.
On installation day, Andy arrived right on time and actually finished earlier than scheduled. The team took exceptional care of the property, putting down full carpet protection and leaving the place spotlessly clean. Once everything was set up, Andy took the time to explain the new system and controls clearly and thoroughly.

AG Fraser arranged a Gas & Plumbing survey on a property I am hoping to buy. Paul got in touch with me by phone, explained everything clearly and arranged the survey with the estate agents within a few days. Paul rang me immediately after with the assessment and professional opinion. If I buy the property, I will be working with the company on the gas and plumbing work.
