We played this virtually. I found this really tense and so much going on that I could not keep up. Most of the time, I was totally lost. There was too much to look at, and I also could not see the shared screen clearly, it was too tiny! Glad that there was a lot of team work though, regardless that we were split into teams. I felt sorry for Agent 12 (great acting!), I am sure he had to work really hard to help us, and get us back on track! It was touch and go, and I was holding my breath, at the end, wondering whether we would finish our mission or not!

Interesting spy puzzle game very intricate plot but enjoyable puzzles.

Good fun... we were useless, but did complete the mission !

Super fun would recommend for a team activity

This is very very good, we all had loads of fun playing one of the games. If you like escape room games or team games this is for you. Love the fact everyone involved is in character! Even the support!

Our office had the pleasure of playing the online via zoom game. Absolutely brilliant game and actor, as our whole office is still working from home it was nice do to a social activity again.

We hired Aftermath for a work social event and wasn't really sure what to expect but we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and it did exceed all expectations.

We would 100% recommend.

Brilliant team building activity. Especially for a group which didn't drink and had some mobility requirements, we were thoroughly pleased with the price and enjoyment everyone got out of it. Agent 12 was brilliant too

Our firm has invited the Aftermath team to our summer event and it went really great! Thanks a lot to the team for their efforts and making the event so much fun - we had a lot of positive feedback from the participants :)

Would definitely recommend as it is something completely different from your typical "drinks/networking" event!

One thing to note is that having around 12 people per team felt like just the right number as having more people would make it difficult to engage everyone.

Aftermath came in to do a stag do that I was organising. The booking process was easy and I had the date confirmed after just a few emails.

I was nervous about there being enough to do for everyone to get involved as there were 23 of us (and I've had escape room experiences where there wasn't enough to do with a much smaller number) but there was absolutely nothing to worry about, everyone was able to get involved and there was plenty of different tasks to suit everyone.

We did the first assignment (On the brink). The entire scenario was very well thought through and our objectives were delivered by the smooth talking Agent 12 who remained in character throughout (think George Smiley with James Bond's looks). People were able to get on independently but there was always a sense that we were working as a team.

Would highly recommend Aftermath to anyone considering a group activity of any kind. The fact they come to you makes a big difference as, being a stag do, we were keen to keep the beer flowing so literally booked a room in a pub and had our own bar throughout.

Had a great time, very enthusiastic game masters, fun puzzles, and a clever narrative. We where a group of 30 colleagues, and we all had plenty of puzzles to solve.

Brilliant escape room game. Perfect for our office. One of the better escape room games we have done. Would recommend.

Just the right amount of complexity. Exiting story and concept. Great as we could run the game in our local pub. Would probably work well for parties as well as team away days.

Amazing experience. I think 5 of us was just the right amount. Love how the organiser remained in character the who way through. Also liked the involved of internet and phone which made it feel much more realistic. although going on websites with a phone made it a bit fidgety given the time pressure.

We had a great time. Thank you very much agent 12. Good choice for our incentive. Thank you accommodating our large team on such a short notice. The whole team enjoyed doing something different.

Well thought through and appropriately complex problem solving challenge. Good props. The coordinator arrived well in time and had everything ready and under control. He did a good job in terms of some interventions to keep things moving forward when the team was struggling. Very happy with your flexibility on the late booking.
Room for improvement in 2 areas:
1. Group feedback was very limited and in my view incorrect. "Good listening" when there wasn't. The team was led to believe they'd met the challenge when they hadn't. They were clearly outside the 90 minutes and heavily prompted to complete the task. They knew that afterwards - so the feedback reduced the learning possibility although "it had been a bit of fun".
2. In terms of 1 above when doing this type of work with Corporate facilitators / teams I'd suggest having more talk upfront about context for the challenge in the event and deciding who will debrief. I'd have been able and willing to do a debrief had I been privy to more of the task format and detail prior to the event.

We had a wonderful time with the aftermath team in our bank office. We completed the game with only a few minutes to spare. My colleagues seemed to think it was a good choice of activity. It was fantastic not having to stress around with finding a space to fit our whole office, as our team is quite a few. The agents where making sure everyone enjoyed themselves, we where in good hands, thank you apollo for accommodating our needs. Keep it up, thanks.

Fun Bank Holiday In Soho

This is good fun, really intense! Also some really clever music and sound effects all the way through. The puzzles are tough but we had two people to help us - a government agent and a police officer. My favourite involved a box with a Claw Alien ("ooooh") on it from Toy Story.

This was great for us - we're a really competitive group so it took a while for us to get that we needed to work together, not against each other! We definitely needed a stiff drink afterward!

We recently booked in an Aftermath game from Apollo after seeing some terrific reviews and a recommendation. However, we didn't organise ourselves too well and a lot of people turned up late, so had to drift into the game after it started. This didn't help the flow of things, despite the efforts of Agent 12, sent to help us. As a result, we ended up losing as the game had to restart each time someone arrived.We'd identified communication issues prior to this and even though I had booked it as a fun distraction, the results proved invaluable in exposing areas where we can reevaluate our practices. Who knew a portable room could offer this much insight?

The game is time pressure heavy so if you let people turn up at different times, it hinders the team flow a little! Not the fault of our hosts at all, the game is fun. However, if you do book this, you really need to turn up on time together. If you can get your team together on time you will enjoy the experience. The production values are high and the host very funny and engaging and inclusive.

That said, I was really impressed with the product. It's a smart game and needs real focus to beat it. You have to don these black gloves (thankfully these are hypo-allergenic, so they even suited someone with a skin condition in our group) to examine evidence and "unlock the case". I was seriously surprised at how much this really tests a working team. I will probably book for the second game as I feel like we might have missed on something special as a team.
