My purchase from after diamonds had to be made by their craftsmen i was told it could take up to 4-5weeks i had an email around the 3rd week saying it had been sent via royal mail fully insured arrived the following morning it is a beautiful piece of jewellery I'm so glad I put my trust in after diamonds

I'd leave 10 stars if I could
I never leave reviews, however, I had to leave a review for After Diamonds after I received incredible service.
I purchased a half diamond eternity ring, one I had my eye on for a while. I had added it to my basket a day prior. When I went to checkout, the price had increased quite significantly.
I popped on live chat, not thinking much, just that I could the discrepancy to the team. However, Olivia offered me a discount code to bring the ring back down to the sale price I had it in my basket for!
I really couldn't believe the team offered this and it wasn't at all what I was going after when I messaged them.
Not only that but the ring arrived with me not even 24 hours after I had placed the order. I was so shocked!
The ring is beautiful, very well made and incredible quality. I am so thankful for After Diamonds and their great customer service team!
Gutted I have to wait until my wedding to wear the ring! :)
