I have a IVA in place since December 2022. A Brian Doherty reassured that my PSA car will be okay, not to worry and I won't loose my car once my 4 year contract on my car ends. Brian regularly reassured me that I wouldn't loose my car, he new this was my main concern as if I didn't have my car I couldn't work. I have 3 weeks left on my car contract, I can't part exchange my car, no crediters will touch me because I have a IVA. Iva customer advice said they couldn't help me after trying 3 times explaining. I have tried calling the AFsolutons ( Brian Doherty) to no email. 1 hr waiting on the line on one occasion. No one ever picks up. The service offers the reassurance and has helped with consolidating my debts. Now no car , no savings to buy another leading to no job as I transport clients, travel through work. Soon I won't be able to pay them the £85 monthly consultation fee for my debts. ?? I've got 3 weeks to find £4000 to pay the outstanding balance I owe on my car. I have run out of avenues to go down. Will loose car then job plus I live on a non bus route. If you are considering this serive you need to look at everything with a fine tooth comb if you have time. The process is quick because of they're own time lines. I like all on here were desperate and the professional advice received reassured me about not loosing my car. Be careful

I contacted AF solutions back in January and although I would give 5 stars for their initial help and process The reason for the 1 star review is if anything goes wrong they just have absolutely no desire to help. My IVA was rejected and it transpires that the wrong information was given. The lady who took me through the process has since left the company. I have tried tirelessly to try and get back in touch with them to find out what happened, but I just simply cannot get through on their phones - holding for up to 45 mins. I have emailed them 8 times and no response. It took me so much courage to try face up to my problems. The process was quite long and very uncomfortable for me. I'm now left totally high and dry. So will have to start the process all over again with another company, 2 months further along and the situation only worsening. I'm sure if things run smoothly they are a 5 star company. Just keep your fingers crossed nothing goes wrong.

Nathan had the the hard task of filtering through my finances, it was a lengthy task be he did an amazing job, he kept me updated throughout. He was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him and AF solutions to help with your financial debts.

Martin was exceptionally helpful and patient and also knowledgeable. He was honest and would refer to his manager for the parts he was not sure of and supporting along the way. A true asset to his team!!

I have been struggling with paying off my Credit Cards, and loans for some time. There was a period of my life where I had to take out more to support my bills and unstoppable raise of cost of living.
Last few years has been a true darkness with no light at the end of the tunnel.
Until....
