The products are excellent and give you a system that works together which is invaluable. They are always delivered with care and timely. I’ve recommended them multiple times. I would love to see more stock of the travel and family sizes though. They are so popular I can never get any stock of them!

I appreciate the instructions on the label of the products. Makes the hair care process easier to deal with.

This company has excellent customer service! USPS didn’t deliver my package so I emailed the company. They promptly reached out to make sure I knew what to do to retrieve it. The product itself is what I have been searching for my curly hair daughters! I just tested it out today and she was shocked I finished detangling her hair so fast!! I am glad I found it and will definitely purchase again. The fragrance is not strong at all and I was actually able to use it alone, which air dried their curls nicely without any more products I have. Their hair is not dried out or frizzy after use. Two thumbs up thank you!!

Arrived on time. Great product. The conditioner saved my hair as I was having problems with breakage at the ends. Definitely recommend.

I used it today for the first time 27/03/2024.
Swish Shampoo - I shampooed 2x and my hair was squeaky clean.
Swirl Conditioner - It did not like it as it did not condition and leave my hair feeling soft after. Although; I added oil to it also before steaming my hair.
Sheen Hair Spray - I don't normally use these but, will use it every 3 days to remoisturise my hair and see if it helps.
Smooth - Moisture hair cream left my hair feeling soft, smooth and smelt really nice. Needs to be put into a tub as the cream is too thick.
Seal - Locking Hair Oil sealed my moisture in and added a nice shine.
Soothe Scalp Oil - I like the way the oils drops out a little at a time. It also smelt great.
All the products smelt like cinnamon or citrus and I love it.
The price was good for the size of each bottle.
I have to use it for 3 months to see how well it truly preforms.

The products work well but the costumer service I received was bad enough to make me not want to order from here again. I received damaged and unusable products, masking tape convincing the tops (I assume to prevent them opening, which did not work as the product coved the whole inside of the box) . After reaching out I was told this has never happened before and that they would send replacements the following Monday. One month later after not receiving the replacements and not hearing any updates I reached out again. I was met with an email stating that they take pictures of all orders before they get shipped out and that my order was correct. Customer service: “Due to this process, we have fortunately never had a wrong order or lack of items sent to a customer. I am still very confused and shocked about how the “missing” products were not in your package”. The delay in shipping was out of their hands because of a delay from the factory over seas and that they have tried to help me to the best of their abilities. I understand there being delays, but I went a month with no update. As it seems they do not know when the factory issue will be resolved I asked for a refund and received a partial refund. As long as you have no issues requiring customer service the products are good.

I discovered Afrocentrix through a blog about looking after children's afro hair. The blog was so helpful and we bought the full set of products. It's been a game changer for my son and I. He is no longer scouring YouTube for hair solutions, we have them on our shelf at home. They are great to use, smell wonderful and leave his hair in wonderful condition. The only comment I have is that the pump on the oil and the shampoo leaks a bit - might be worth looking at packaging. Otherwise we will be subscribers, we are thrilled with these products. Thank you.
