Girls were courteous and helped me sort out the hire of the same van I had a day earlier really quickly - changed pick up time and again they sorted it - really happy to recommend Afford - have used them for years and they have always been great - just one thing - if they could scan the proof of address so they last a year it would be really helpful

Shocking customer service booking was…
Shocking customer service booking was for 10 am arrived at 9.50am van brought rd to me at 11am no apologie nothing. When returned van jst took my word for it all was ok gave keys in on my way. 2 days later had email saying if didnt pay for the rental they will take legal action. Clearly anonnyed at this as it was paid and was fully there wrong doing. So i seen your reply is this same natasha that emailed me a reciept and goidwill gestere voucher that i never recieved avoid this company cause not a clue

I know Natasha our General manager has rung to apologise and goodness knows why we didn’t take payment at the beginning of the hire.
