I've just seen these reviews. Absolutely agree with them. The Christmas tree luxury jumper, and boots I am sad to say are cheap rubbish. And the very same joy is still trying to fob me off. How can this be stopped?

Jumper arrived after 7 week delivery time. I was so disappointed. Was expecting a luxury knitted jumper and instead received a cheap polyester jumper with printed trees. Nothing like the description. Be warned such a scam

So annoyed with myself. This Christmas tree "jumper" has taken almost 6 weeks to arrive and is going straight in the charity bag. Wish I had read the reviews and looked at the product details. 100% Polyester is not what I expected. I complained about 3 weeks ago and had a reply from the infamous Joy. As soon as I realised the jumper was from China I was annoyed as I had chosen it believing it was from Aether LONDON. It is a total con.

Wish I had read reviews pre buying. The item has still not arrived even though it was purchased in November and now I know that if and when it does arrive it’s going to be rubbish and of poor quality. I was drawn in by their advertising and believed it was a London company. Alas it’s a front for rubbish from China. I have cancer and may not be here next Christmas, so I thought I bought a lovely jumper to wear this year. Disappointment all round. They have also refused me a refund. Absolute scammers can’t believe they can advertise like this in the UK.

I completely agree with the reviews I have read, still not received my order from 17th November 2024. Not holding my breath to receive it any time soon, if it arrives at all or is the item ordered.

This firm is obviously operating on a fine line as the item a sweater with xmas trees on when it arrived after finding it isn't in stock but coming from China nit a sale item at all but specially ordered as not in London shop. When it arrived after nearly a month I find it is a cheap and I mean cheap printed sort of sweatshirt. Not even good quality. Certainly fooled by the pricing structure. As my credit card company says if it sounds to good to be true it is. So people don't be fooled.learn from our mistakes. But I will be reporting this company to my credit card company. No customer satisfaction with them. Obviously it happens all the time.

Not a genuine shop. Fake Chinese dropship website with no physical UK presence and does not follow statutory uk laws such as those in the Consumer Act. Avoid at all costs. Products are horrible plastic with no fire labels and they refuse to allow refunds under any shape or form. Reported to NCSC for investigation.

This Company has nothing to do with London Based Record Label Aether Records & It’s merchandise line.

Absolute disgrace. Took 4 weeks for item to arrive and it was not as advertised. Paid £34.95 for a Christmas sweater and got a cheap nasty T shirt which wasn't even worth £1.00. They will no doubt not refund me so will be taking up with my bank for a refund.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

I ordered what looked like a lovely knitted Christmas jumper, when it eventually arrived it was nothing more than a long sleeved printed T-shirt.
Company refuses to give me a returned address.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!!

I will give this company respect for at least responding to my complaints, but they will not allow me to send the "sweater" back, or refund my money. I was told that I bought it in the sale: on the advert is says, originally £199.99, reduced to £34.95. It is not worth .95p. On the description it reads "printed to be knitted", but of course I didnt see that when I ordered it, or would totally understand its meaning. It is not knitted, it is not a Christmas jumper, it is very cheap, from China, even though the company has the word "London" in its title - took ages to arrive, and I was extremely disappointed when it did. Other people who have commented are entirely correct: do not waste your money as I have done.

Scam company. My "Jumper" did eventually arrive. Except it wasn't a jumper at all but a thin, badly printed, poor quality top, not the high quality knitted jumper I'd been lead to believe.
Do not buy from this company.

Scam. Extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. See other reviews for more details. My experience is the same. They have faked their review rating to make themselves look trustworthy.

I ordered what looked like a lovely knitted Chritmas jumper. Received a horrible top in synthetic material which I would never wear. The company is called "Aether London", but the items come from China. After seeing the other reviews - too late, sadly - I see there is no chance of a refund. Scam - avoid! Do not buy from them!

Cheap and nasty
As with other purchaser experiences. This is a scam company selling poor imitations of the products they advertise, manufactured in China at a fraction of the price they have been sold for. Avoid at all costs

This is a scam company. Jumpers look knitted in photos but are cheaply printed on horrible material. No refunds as everything is always on sale. Avoid!

No star is what they deserve. No product and no contact after 3 weeks. I was daft to order from them, as we are always warned if it seems too good to be true it is too good to be true.

Very poor quality item - was advertised as £34.99 reduced from £199. Was worth around £3. Nothing like the picture online. No refund available as item was in sale despite not being sold what I ordered (all items are in a sale constantly so you can't return anything). Feel scammed and very cross. I don't like spending hard earned money on a con.

Rubbish product. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Disgusting service. Tried to complain and that didn’t work as they say it’s all in the small print. Not ethical and they just don’t care.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
Having read other reviews, I cancelled my order immediately. This company have not given me my money back or sent me the goods (which I wouldn't want anyway), despite emailing them a number of times Please saves yourself stress and hassle by finding another company to buy from
