My app keeps going off line , so frustrating gate installers been back . Some condensation in box so put holes in it but still turns off . Why is this . So frustrating as my gates are so far from my house and the app is imperative .

Having been in communication with Coalan for a few weeks now, I can assure you that good customer service is alive and kicking.

The technical department were incredibly helpful and sorted out my long standing problems with knowledge, persistence and regular response to my emails. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Their support is very good. They are patient and helpful both with guidance and setup. They do not stint on the amount of support they offer which is very important with complex equipment. A longer replacement cable was needed. I received it by post the next day.
Amazing guys and good help in technical support also been kiefer today I happy meet with him on call as well as he explained everything step by step, be carry on guys

Easy products to install.
My gate installer (In Access Gate Solutions) went bankrupt and left me with all sorts of issues and expensive gates that didn’t work. I had another guy come in and fix the gates but my intercom still wasn’t working….starting with a SIM card set up in the original gate installers name.
After I got hold of Dave and explained my issues, he helped me resolve each one step-by-step. I finally managed to get the intercom working without having to call anyone else out. His help was invaluable…. It was also prompt and in terminology that I could understand :) Thank you!
The post installation support was excellent. Very responsive and helped with several queries that i needed assistance with on the Praetorian Guard system.

I don't often post reviews, but the service provided by AES and Raymond Holgate has been exceptional. Not only is the product (Prime 7) excellent, but the service and aftercare has been excellent. If you are considering an electric gate system, I would recommend AES.
Here are three major benefits of their service
1. The high quality of their components: Not all electrical goods are equal even if they look the same on the outside. Due to the changed configuration a new cable was needed. The tech department ensured It was delivered the next day.
2. Their generous free warrantee.
3. Their technical support is really high quality. ( It is more like a consultancy than a run of the mill technical support department, that wants you off the phone as quickly as possible.) They put them selves out to support and help me. They did not try to shorten the support time.
I have had problems with my SIM on a couple of occasions,the advice and response from the help desk has been second to none,my faults were quickly diagnosed and rectified.
Why can't other companies be like this?,life would be so much easier.
I must thank the support at AES global- particularly Dave, who was really patient and helpful. Without his assistance we would have been unable to reprogramme our entry system, thank you AES and Dave
My installer commission the intercom. The pcb card needed to be replaced. The installer asked me to remove all cables , mark them and send the card to AES global.
AES global we're excellent , the support team were very knowledgable , answering all my questions.

I recently moved in to a property with an AES intercom system that relies on their WiFi Pro 2 app. There is a bug that means it doesn't send notifications about anyone ringing the intercom bell unless the app is already open (i.e. it's impossible to know when someone is at the gate). This is a known problem, reported on the Google Play store in October 2020, but they do nothing about it—the app has an average of 2 stars across 92 reviews so the terrible customer experience should be clear.
Attempts to get support from the company phone line as an end product user are rejected and redirected to their online chat, which has been offline every time I've tried to speak to someone.
Avoid AES intercoms at all cost.

Absolutely awful, do not buy. Nothing but issues, loses connection all the time, it’s slow when it does work. Rain sets off the sensors all the time. Just useless.

Praetorian Guard interace. HAve had trouble since day one with SIM card activation on NO help from customer NO SERVICE is getting it resolved.

Worst system. Fails when it rains. I was stuck outside with my dog in pouring rain last night. I called someone who works for me and she tried her phone to let me in. Her system was down too. I am installing Ring this A M. I use Ring in another home where there are giant storms and it always works.
Horrible product and worse customer service. No response from email or phone calls even when my gate operation service provider calls. The customer service "extensions" just ring with no answer and no message. Was told they are all out on "holiday" for several weeks. Not the way to run a company that requires 24/7 customer service.
Probably the worst communication I have ever received from a company. Absolutely would go out of my way to make sure I don't deal with them again.
